Had my second consultation for a really uncomfortable knee problem. Suffice to say Natalie has worked her magic on it and I feel energised now to follow her advice for a long lasting recovery. The friendly and professional service provided is to be commended and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone suffering mobility issues.

I have lived a sedentary life for years and thought nothing of it until, a few months ago, I saw that I couldn’t drink a can of coke completely as I couldn’t tilt my head back enough. Then I noticed that I was turning my torso rather than my head to talk to someone at my side. One session at NK has already left me feeling “looser” and in less pain. I’ve been given guidance on exercise and have booked further sessions to get me back in shape. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Excellent service and highly skilled and experienced staff. They are moving to new premises this year which I am sure will make it even better. If you need any physio don't even consider anywhere else, I tried loads of different ones to no avail until I went to NK, and have now attended every month for over 3 years!

I started running in 2020. As the distance has gone up, so has the injuries. First visited around August 2022 with a worrying knee injury but Alyssa diagnosed a separate issue causing it. Exercise program sorted and couple of massages later I was smashing my target for my half marathon 2 months later. Most recently I've been experiencing calf pain. This time I got an appointment with Rachel and again, brilliant diagnosis. An issue with the ankle. Targeted massage and 3 days into exercise program and I can already feel the difference. Dont wait for a NHS appointment if you're struggling. Fantastic service

Alyssa is incredible in her role as a physiotherapist. I had hip and back pain, which caused a lot of discomfort. After just 3 sessions and a bespoke exercise/stretch programme my pain has been relieved. Alyssa’s expertise, experience and friendly nature makes her a true credit to this company.

I echo what others have said of Natalie. She has a really, lovely, friendly way about her and is very knowledgeable and professional. She will always do her best to fit you in to appointments. She is good at explaining injuries, muscle movements etc. making sure you know what she is talking about too. I have gone to the clinical yoga sessions and found them really beneficial, smaller and more bespoke classes. Overall, Natalie's practice is literally 5 star. I have recommended her to friends and have no issues posting this 5 star review.

Waited over 10 weeks with a knee strain I thought I could fix myself before eventually going to see NK Physio. Seen Natalie who got me walking again properly within a few weeks, whilst also recommending future exercise regime which was beneficial to my needs and likes. Would definitely go back if needed, and highly recommend this practice.

Although I've had many physios previously, I've never had such rapid and dramatic benefit as from Natalie. NK Physiotherapy was less than a third of the price and many times more effective than the well known company I'd been referred to previously through work.
