I had my first treatment with Paul yesterday. He has a depth that goes beyond any expectations of any therapy, and this is because he truly believes and engages himself in his field, updating and researching and always seeking to improve and update his knowledge and skills. After a warm welcome and relaxing chat which naturally draws out exactly where you are 'at', the power began.
Paul used the knowledge absorbed over the years to tailor his treatment to ease my specific areas of pain, and released my mind to engage my body's own healing. I felt the healing continuing hours after I left. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! I’ve had an overall very positive experience from start to finish, both with the level of customer service to product quality. I purchased the Custom Meditation Frequencies and was not disappointed. From start to finish the communication has been clear, professional and informative - I was kept up to date throughout my purchase.
The custom meditation sound frequencies have worked in a positive way for me. I was experiencing sciatic pain which was beginning to impact on walking, mobility and my sleep routine. My personal experience has been that this sciatic pain disappeared instantaneously after my first session using the frequencies. I’ve been using these frequencies as part of my daily meditation routine. They’re a great investment for self care, especially if you’re looking to release some of the stagnant trapped energies, flush your system and resonate above your natural default setting. I feel amazing and have received so many compliments about how well I’m looking. I can’t recommend Release, Grow, Heal enough - a company/ service that goes above and beyond for its customers 💫

I’m so happy after my first ever treatment. Paul has so much knowledge and interest in what he does and it resulted in the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had. I get really bad anxiety at times and came away feeling like a huge weight had been lifted. Paul took the time to answer any questions I had before and during the treatment (no matter how daft they were!). I’d 100% recommend. :)

Both body and mind were realigned after a massage session with Paul. Not only did he relieve the tension already present in my shoulders but identified further hidden tension in my left arm. Relaxing session and I would highly recommend.

I had the 'Vibration Re-balance' from Paul. Incredible results.
So much released, re-balanced, vastly improved...
First, an immediate improvement in a very long held neck issue. Much looser, easier and pain free now. Second-simply could not believe the speed at which I walked home. For a brief second I thought I'd get whiplash at the super speed my legs took! I have had a lifetime's complaints from others telling me to slow down but the last couple of years my walking has slowed and I tire easily, as though walking was burdensome I feel lighter, brighter, have much more fluidity in the joints and so much more energy.Just some of the physical benefits!
I have a clarity now I never before imagined. As a therapist/healer myself I had to do two sessions afterwards with clients and zipped through them with such skill and very little effort. i feel as though a heavy, dark enamel casing around me (that I never knew was there) has been smashed away --yet easily and comfortably--and I thoroughly look forward to continuing my life and work with new found strength, positivity and ease.
Many emotional, mental and spiritual weights have been lifted and I simply cannot recommend this treatment highly enough. Paul is a very down to earth, therapist with a very non-judgemental and accepting approach. You will NOT regret n this utterly game changing healing modality 100 stars out of 5! and all this in the first day!

Paul is wonderful, really friendly and professional! I didn't realise how tight my body was until the session was over. I would recommend to anyone. Wish I could come every week!

I highly recommend Paul. He is great at instinctively identifying my problem areas and his massage therapy has been very beneficial at relieving stress, discomfort and pain. I always look forward to my next appointment.

My sister booked me in here for a massage for fibromyalgia. Absolutely fantastic service from the minute I walked in and left. The session went over as the pre assessment was detailed but covered everything I had issues with! Feel absolutely amazing and light as a feather. Both the therapist and lady at the reception were lovely and professional. Thank you so much!

Well well well where do I start? I visited Glasgow for the 1st time ever last week for my birthday the hotel I was staying at had closed their spa without updating their website :(
I needed a massage due to suffering from fibromyalgia and serious tension… I searched google and this website looked the most professional and the detailed descriptions of each massage/service had me feeling intrigued. I called the number and felt really disappointed when it went to voicemail…
Within 5 minutes I received a call back from Paul, he asked me loads of questions and wanted to find out all my physical issues! I liked the professionalism and could tell he knew what he was talking about. We booked my deep tissue massage for the very next day in the afternoon.
I received a morning confirmation text from Paul which reconfirmed to me I had picked the right place, as customer service and good mannerisms mean everything to me.
Paul also texted with detailed info on how to find the address and building ect… which I found with ease and was a short walk from my hotel.
Once I arrived I texted Paul of my arrival. He texted to say he was 2 minutes away and had gone out especially to buy equipment for my fibromyalgia which turned out to be some sort of magical laser pen….
Paul arrived within 60 seconds anyhow.
The room was very clean and tidy, with a Himalayan salt lamp, Buddha statues and essential oil burners ect which gave the room an extra relaxing and calming zen like atmosphere.
Paul made a point to excuse himself to wash his hands (extra brownie points given), he made me a coffee (that’s right tea and coffee facilities were also on offer).
We had an in-depth talk about my muscular skeletal issues, stressors, key factors ect…
Before even beginning the massage Paul explained the laser pen to me. You will see in the pics he is using the pen on my most painful areas and all before beginning the actual massage.
(I wanted to document my birthday trip with videos of my time in Glasgow and Paul was a really good sport allowing me to set up my ring light and to record videos of the massage).
I’ve had several different types of massages over the years including reiki, Thai and hot stone and could definitely tell he knew what he was doing and talking about. I especially liked the fact Paul would ask what areas next needed attention, if I felt ok and wasn’t in any pain. He did not finish until I was no longer in pain and was happy within myself and body. The care and attentiveness was unreal something that is rare to find in today’s world.
The massage took place on 24/08/21 and it is now 30/08/21 6 days later and I swear to you I still feel amazing and pain free. Normally everyday I am in pain or extremely sore,
especially my hip bones and feet.
As EasyJet UK domestic flights are so cheap and cheerful I will be returning to Glasgow just for another massage. I mean come on £48 for 45 minutes that literally changed my outlook on life… I finally feel 36 again and I can’t recommend this service enough honestly.
