Have been to Steph a few times over the last few years. Not only was she knowledgeable and released my painful, knotted muscles, each time she has given me stretches and other self-care techniques (using a foam roller or lacrosse ball), which have definitely helped me. I was particularly impressed by this when I contrast it with other practitioners I've seen in the past who had me coming back for repeated appointments for months, with no self-care mentioned. I highly recommend Steph and will definitely be back when I next need her help!

I had booked an appointment on the presumption I had tightness across my shoulders. This was so far from the mark. After a few checks by Stephanie it was found that I had an old rugby injury in my shoulder which I had been compensating for for years. Afraid an hour of deep tissue massage and tape to correct my shoulder posture and the best nights sleep I've had in years I feel much more unwound and relaxed. Many thanks for the exercises to get on with as well. None of the .. "you should come back for further sessions" recommend a lacrosse ball and many different poses for manipulation with the ball. Very effective. Thanks again Stephanie, well worth the price.
