11 years of chronic back, pelvic and public pain following birth of my daughter. Numerous physios did nothing to help and Katie has been amazing! I feel like in 11 years she's the only person to listen and try to understand my pain and difficulties and has significantly reduced my pain. Cannot recommend her enough. Thanks Katie 🥰

I’m so grateful to Simeon at The Osteopath’s for all his support and expertise! I’ve been struggling with recurring pain and tension in my shoulder and neck that has worsened recently with our change in circumstances. As we’re in lockdown a face to face appointment is not possible but amazingly he has offered help through video sessions the morning after I got in touch with them. During the video session, Simeon was able to assess the issue and suggest exercises and stretches that he demonstrated and I practiced while on the call. He then sent a personalised exercise programme through so I can follow the plan to help me fully recover. It’s obviously not the same as having him physically working on me but it has been invaluable in relieving pain and increasing mobility that I couldn’t have done by myself. I’m very impressed with how effective his help has been considering it was all done remotely. The Osteopath’s are always very quick to respond to messages and questions regarding appointments and treatments. I’ve received treatments from a number of their staff over the years and I’m always very impressed with the service and care provided. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

After suffering from a severe headache/migraine for over 4 days I decided to book an appointment with Piotr at the Osteopaths. I had complete faith in Piotr due to his kind, gentle and professional manner and immediately felt at ease. I've had a few online sessions with Teresa since the beginning of lockdown; at first I was skeptical about how much could be done online but I wanted to start the ball rolling as I intend to be seen in person once it's possible. I am diagnosed hypermobile with chronic back pain, regular migraines and other joint issues / pain / fatigue. Already after two sessions with Teresa online I have a far better understanding of my own body and the specific issues facing me than I've gained from years of physiotherapy, doctors appointments, massage and other treatments. The exercises I've been given are helpful and at my ability and Teresa is very professional, approachable and unbelievably knowledgable. I'm already starting to see results but it is something I have to keep working on myself which often feels daunting - this is easier to do with the online toolkit I've been supplied (tutorial videos and instructions) and knowing I have Teresas guidance and support throughout. Definitely recommend.

I have been going to the Osteopaths for a year now and the difference it has made has been incredible. I have suffered an ongoing injury for 2 and a half years and after seeing several physio/consultants and having an MRI & cortisone injection theresa has made the biggest difference with managing the injury and the pain that comes with it. A couple of sessions here and there will see me right for a few months but in my line of work (fitness industry) I always end up overdoing it or tightening up again and having to pay another visit! 😄

Excellent, professional and knowledgeable. As marathon runners both my wife and myself put huge strain on our bodies and sometimes end up overdoing it a little, The Osteopaths have managed to keep us on the road for many years and for many adventures. There never seems to be anything for which they do not have the right answer and thanks to them we have been kept in tip top shape and able to continue in our sporting pursuits. Many times I have been to Sports Injury specialists only to be fixed up enough to last a few weeks, with rest. Theresa and Simeon take a different approach and have identified the root cause not only keeping us active but correcting the underlying issue preventing recurrence of the same injuries. I would recommend to anyone with any form of musculoskeletal issue, be it a sporting injury or a general problem, to get proper help and advice and The Osteopaths are the place to go.
