I started seeing Courtney around 6 months ago as I was having trouble with my back and hip, which was hindering my running. I went from running half marathons a couple of times a month this time last year to barely managing 5k without being in a lot of pain at the beginning of this year. I had my final session yesterday and I am back up to being able to run a pain free half marathon, without stopping or feeling fatigued and enjoying it. Although the treatment was sometimes uncomfortable, Courtney was so friendly that it was easy to be distracted from the pain from the earlier sessions. I cannot recommend Courtney and Uddingston Physiotherapy enough! 🏃‍♀️ 👏

Can't rate this place highly enough, I've been a client of Gillian's for around 5 years. I've been treated for a bunch of conditions including rehabilitation from shoulder operation and minor sports injuries. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Gillian and the clinic to anyone. Always fantastic advice, follow ups and outstanding client care.

I've been seeing Gillian at Uddingston Physio for a few years now and just couldn't do without her. Not only is she an absolute miracle worker, but it's always a pleasure to be there. Gillian, Ricky and all of the staff are kind, welcoming and extremely professional. I always leave feeling better after a visit and I can't recommend them enough.

I have been suffering from lower back pain for around the last 16 years. I had an MRI scan and was diagnosed with 2 disc prolapses on. My back was always really tight and movement was restricted. I thought this was something I would just have to tolerate for evermore. Ricky was recommended by a friend and I attended tonight. I feel as if I have had a new lease of life. I can stand and sit with little or no stiffness. Ricky fully explained what was going on with my back and worked on it. He fixed it!! I have had various types of treatments historically and nothing has ever worked like this.... the only thing I would say is be prepared for some short term pain. Thanks Ricky Best regards Martin

For the past few years I have been attending Uddingston Physio on a monthy basis to see Gillian. She works wonders for me every time and i reguarly recommend Uddingston Physio to friends and family with injuries, aches and pains. They provide a professional, well run and very personal service of the highest standard. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

I have attended this centre for well over a year (maybe 2) and cannot rate the treatments I have had highly enough. Very professionally run. Diverse treatment facilities and options. I’ve been treated for a long term chronic condition and Gillian (one of the owners) has been superb. She has treated me with massage, tens, ultrasound, acupuncture and cortisone treatment depending on what my symptoms are. She recently treated my ankle joint and made it possible for me to go on holiday able to walk comfortably when I was at the point of considering cancelling. Hi sorry its taken me a while yo review. I had been suffering arm shoulder a neck pain for months I phoned uddingston physiotherapist was given a cancellation. Absolutely recommended, I sustained an injury to my neck and shoulders area to a point where I could not turn my neck . I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of hospitality and professionalism at Uddingston physiotherapist & rehabilitation clinic. Gillian not only fixed me but took time to explain what had happened. I also complained about lower back pain which I am getting treatment for. All the staff are friendly and attentive.

Apart from her total efficiency as a physio for ‘normal’ muscle and skeletal issues, she is a remarkable diagnostician for the less common symptoms. She also takes the time to explain fully what she is doing, and why, and what to do to minimise the possibility of repetition of the problem. A true professional.

Seen Ricky a few months ago regarding several acute,ongoing problems including low back, glute, quad, knee, buttock. He had no appointment slots for a while but he very kindly opened early to see me. The next 45 mins or so were very painful as my problems had accumulated over many years and i did not deal with them but Ricky makes no apologies for it. I walked out of there better than i had been in a few months and when i attended 1 more session i was 100%. He is there to get you fixed and mobile again, does not keep you coming back for unnecessary work. Do not expect candles and wind chime music with this guy but the end result is nothing short of incredible.

After having 2 sessions with Ricki i can not believe it i managed to sleep on my back last night without pain and my leg being numb pins in needles, i can walk straight and no be in as much pain😁 first time since 2016 i have done this so thank you. highly recommend to any one suffering with aches and pains this guys a miracle worker👍

Can't recommend this place enough. Having back pain for 4 weeks after an injury caused by moving house, I visited Uddingston Physiotherapy. The staff were very professional and friendly. I was well informed on what had happened to my back and after 1 session I have never felt better!

Went here today, in agony with siatica, and left almost no pain at all !
