Best physio I've ever been too, Ali has worked with me for the past 8 months or so, he's helped me overcome knee and hip pain that I've persistently had for over 3 years. Today I've just hit 99% of my squat 1 rep max absolutely pain free, along with 4 weeks clear of any twinging pains. Always keeps it light hearted and interesting.
