Joyce Mlambo has really helped with my shoulder pain she has helped relieve stiffness and brought back movement using specific techniques and exercises tailored to individual needs. She's very knowledgeable in what she does. She listens attentively and also helps on advising how to continue outside of therapy sessions. Cannot recommend her enough. Oh and she's pretty cool too! :-)

Jake has helped me recover from my car accident earlier on this year. He has given me home exercises to do whilst also having physio treatment to help with the pain. He is very knowledgeable and so friendly I would highly recommend Jake to anyone.
