Fantastic set-up with excellent support and motivation from the team to help me achieve my goals during each strength session. All the staff were very knowledgeable, providing guidance throughout, adapting exercises or demonstrating alternatives to ensure I got the most out of the 8 week course. I would highly recommend the team for anyone wanting to learn and build confidence in strength training.

I started seeing Nic back in March 2021 after struggling with lower back pain. After the initial consultation we quickly found out the root cause. A plan was set, and I worked through regular stretches and exercises, to strengthen my core and lower back muscles. A few months later and I was able to put my running shoes back on and return lifting weights PAIN FREE!! If you're suffering from lower back pain, like I was, I'd certainly recommend making an appointment to see Nic. Thank you SO much for getting me back to ME. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to friends, family and clients 🙌🏻💥😊

Went to the Morley clinic on Friday 4th February and booked in with Bailey Smith. Bailey was absolutely fantastic in being quick to assess me, find the problem, and sort it within the 1hr15 time slot. I came in to the clinic barely able to walk/move and he was quick to find that my hips were very out of line. He wasted no time in treating me with Hip alignment, myofascial release, back mobilisation, and a sports massage. Now 3 days later and my recovery has been unbelievable as I am now back walking and left with a slight niggle that is improving daily. Couldn't recommend Bailey enough, very knowledgeable, friendly, and affordable. I am now booked in regularly to see him every 2 weeks!

I first visited Nic in June because I was struggling to progress with my running and was finding myself with any number of aches and felt I needed some professional help. From the very beginning Nic was brilliant - she really knows her stuff and you know you're in good hands. I've been seeing her regularly since and my fitness has improved, my aches have gone (because I now know how to treat my body properly) and I feel better with my running. But not only has she helped me physically but mentally too which is just as important. Just can't recommend her highly enough.

After struggling for a while with knots in my back I finally decided to book an appointment with Jozef. I came out of the session feeling good with how the session went and overall a lot looser. Jozef also showed me a couple of exercises I could do to work on a shoulder issue I've had while I've been training. Thank you Nic. I'm so happy with how different my back is now compared to what it was prior to training with you. My core feels stronger and although I ache on a morning from the gym, I don't wake up stiff and immobile like I was before, so thank you. Its amazing what a bit of exercise and a few tweaks to my awful posture/form can do. Regardless of your knowledge in rehab and correction/exercise modifications, you actually got me moving again. I've recently been enjoying the gym again for the first time in about 3 years and it is partly down to your excellent motivational skills, and partly down to your positivity...And to think I only originally came in for a back massage! 🤦😃

Attended the Hunslet Branch of CliNic for a deep tissue massage with Kendra. She was polite, friendly and professional. Just the right amount of pressure and very skilled at the art. Would highly recommend. I came away feeling very relaxed and feeling lighter and far less tense. Looking forward to my next treatment.

I have had a great experience with Jozef at Clinic. I got in contact with them urgently on a Saturday morning and they managed to fit me in same day. I was having a problem with pains in my shoulder 4 months postnatal and it had frozen up while I was holding my daughter. I was in pain and needed my arm working so I could care for my baby. Jozef worked out the problem, talked me through it and gave me exercises to do. I managed to increase my movement the same day and got rid of the pain completely within 3 days of the appointment. I would highly recommend.

Came to Jozef after feeling a pain in my knee while running. Jozef is thorough and very knowledgeable about his work. After an initial assessment, Jozef recommended a rehab plan with modifications so I could perform exercises at my home. I was moving without pain within a couple months. Attended for my first sports massage and was met by Bailey. He was really patient and professional throughout. He made the experience really comfortable and engaged in conversation with me during the session. Prices were very reasonable and I will definitely be booking again!

Came to Jozef a few months ago after suffering an intense injury to my lower back from training to start training with the Royal Marines next year and couldn’t recommend him enough. Booking an appointment, the initial injury assessment and rehab plan was done within a few days and is a really stress free process. Despite my frustration of the recover process, he’s been solid during the long term recovery and I was back on my feet and training again in a couple of months. I visit for weekly treatment/to iron out any other kinks that arise during training and don’t see that changing anytime soon!

I would highly recommend Clinic Sports Therapy. After trying a number of different physios I met with Jozef who diagnosed the cause of my back problem in the first session. After seeing him for 4 months the issue no longer causes me any pain. The exercises set were great for increasing my mobility and strength, all while easing the pain week by week.

Put simply… nic is the best !! I have had shoulder problems for approx 6 years and have always sought out massages, qwhich did help but nic helped me get to a Long term solution where I didn’t have pain everyday ( which I had thought chronic pain would be there for life and sort of came to terms with that ) . I was definitely invested in following through in the exercises as per nics plan and it worked . You need to be willing to put in the work to see improvements though . Thanks so much nic😊

If you want someone who cares about you and your physical needs nic is the physio you need she isn't all business she's a laugh and a great for a chat too. I have used nic for both being in physical pain and requiring physio therapy and help getting right and for the simplicity of just needing a deep tissue massage to relax. I would trust nic completely as she has always been able to help me and guide me back to good physical health because she truly cares about everyone who walks through her door! 100% worth 5 stars and 100% worth going to see if you are looking for a physio or sports massage.

I use Nic as and when I start to struggle with my back/shoulders, with the work I do they can stiffen and give me a lot of grief. Every time I’ve been to see Nic she has really helped to ease my back/shoulders whilst adjusting the strength of the message as needed. She has also always recommended movements/exercises/yoga positions to try to help ease the issues so I don’t have as much pain - they’ve always been very helpful and have meant I have been able to go longer between massages. She’s an absolutely lovely person, puts you at ease from the start and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you Nic! See you again soon ☺️

Did the 8 week strength training . As a runner I just use to run and not think about doing anything else other than running. I have learnt so much over the last 8 weeks and surprised myself how much I have pushed my own body. I also really enjoyed it and hope to continue keeping up with it!
