Thank you Joe Lunn. I attended my appointment on Saturday 19th February and met Joe Lunn who welcomed me to a delightful and state of the art clinic. I was so impressed with such clean premises for my visit of my sports massage treatment. At first I was a bit apprehensive as I had no expectations of a sports massage and wasn't sure if I was applicable for one due to me not being a 'sporty person'. Also my friends had brought me this gift voucher for this massage. Joe was very nice and professional he soon eased my nerves in the first five minutes of the consultation and made me feel comfortable. It was a wonderful experience and a holistic approach. I benefited from a deep tissue massage and it made my muscles in my back feel eased from tension and my back muscles felt rejuvenated at the end of the treatment. I felt light and I was literally floating. I felt like a new person. Please say a heart felt 'thank you' to Joe and tell him to keep up the excellent work. I have booked another appointment in four weeks time and I am looking forward to it again.

Theresa is an amazing physio with a wealth of experience and is extremely knowledgeable. Her massage techniques were really helpful in helping me with my severe back spasm. The rehab exercises she gave me were appropriate for my level which were regularly evaluated and progressed appropriately. I am now confidently able continue the rehabilitation process my self. If you are struggling with pain then I honestly would recommend going to see Theresa. Thank you Theresa for all your help!

A first rate clinic. Jo Cheyette is a knowledgeable, skilled and dedicated therapist. I have been consulting her for some time for various soft tissue ailments and via massage, ultrasound, acupuncture and exercises prescribed I have been well looked after. She is warm, approachable and empathic as well as highly skilled. The facilities, location and reception staff are all excellent. Can’t recommend them highly enough

When my shoulder became very painful, a specialist suggested that physiotherapy could help. I had several physio treatments by Theresa Bell of Bodyworks, which were beneficial. I am now 88 years old with not only an arthritic and damaged shoulder but also an arthritic knee and increasing mobility difficulties. I attend I hour Studio Pilates exercises (maximum 4 clients per session) plus occasional half hour physiotherapy appointments for specific problems. I have been given exercise regimes to do at home which I do regularly. Bodyworks helps me to avoid medical procedures (e.g. operations on shoulder and knee). Bodyworks is assisting me to keep fit, pain reduction in knee and shoulder and reasonably mobile. I have recommended Bodyworks to relations and friends. Bodyworks premises are modern, light and pleasant with a good range of equipment. Tom Lawson

I first saw Theresa Bell 10 years ago for a lower back problem. She advised basic pilates exercises initially to be carried out daily at home. I have since been attending weekly pilates studio sessions for maintenance. Over the years during episodes of acute pain I have attended for physiotherapy, acupuncture, ultrasound and recently had an excellent sports massage with the new therapist Joseph Lunn. I highly recommend this very professional and friendly clinic.
