I phoned Sophie for detailed advice on portable equipment for car transfers from a wheelchair, without buying a new car, which are also practical and safe for the carer. She got back to me very quickly. She was very friendly and helpful and didn’t charge in this instance. She gave excellent practical recommendations, including several options, and a chargeable visit when the equipment comes, one of which I shall now follow up. I would definitely ask for help again and we now have peace of mind and can keep the car!

I contacted this Company in connection with my father-in-law whose mobility was affected following an illness. We, the family, were concerned that this blip may lead to muscle waste and consequential effects thereof. Sophie from the Company was very empathetic, showed a lot of care and concern and took a lot of time in getting the full background of the case even though she had not been awarded any work. She offered a lot of helpful advice, pointers on what to do and offered contact of a physiotherapist who could potentially help. She offered guidance on what goals ought to be set and what could be done around the house to help with the situation. Sophia is a truly caring person who genuinely wanted the best for the sufferer (my father-in-law). Sophia did not get any paid work out of the conversation and neither did she push for any. I would highly recommend this company. Sophia appears to have a good network of people she works with as was evident from the physiotherapist we ended up contacting. Many thanks and keep up the good work.
