Dale managed to get me in at late notice ahead of my boxing fight. Great service. Highly recommended!

Dale has been working with me for a year now. As I am getting older, I am less limber, but also as I keep doing stuff like I am still 21 so I injure myself. Recently been seeing him weekly to work on lower back and leg issues - and the pain went after the first session, had a couple of maintenance visits to make sure and now back to my regular monthly slot where Dale works to help keep me moving around. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, for me powerful is important and he is always checking in to make sure the pressure level is good. He is clean and tidy and totally trustworthy to be in your home, his kit is modern and clean and I cannot recommend him highly enough - he is great!

Highly recommend! I got to know Dale from the gym as an instructor before he was doing much sports therapy. From there, you could tell he is very knowledgeable and that had a passion to help people. When he started doing sports massage, i decided to give it a go and i have been getting massages from him regularly since then! He spends time understanding what my problem is and gave advice to improve it. He also doesn't just stop at the actual sessions but checks in after to see if i'm doing ok with that problem. I've also had several injuries and his prompt responses and rehabhilitation guide helped me fully recover. I've already recommended him to several friends and they have all benefited from his therapy!
