I could not recommend more Annabelle. I suffered from back pain for a few weeks now and I felt much better just after a session with her! She took the time to find out what was exactly causing the pain and gave me really great advice on how to keep improving it and/or avoiding it from happening again in the future. I will definitely go back to her. The place is really well connected with buses and the tube station not far away.

I would highly recommend visiting Annabelle for pelvic floor physio. I went for a 'mummy MOT' due to lots of continued pain after giving birth. The treatment I had provided immediate relief on the day, and she created a plan for me to continue my progress going forward. The treatment rooms in Crystal Palace are also really lovely.

Just before Christmas, I had an accident at work whereby I injured my foot and ankle moving a piece of staging (bending my knees of course -health & safety). I thought it would just get better with time especially as I had it x-rayed and there were no broken bones. Annabelle Fish and her children are regular visitors to the local library where I work and she graciously offered to have a look at it for me after seeing how much pain I was in! I agreed and she made time to come to the library and start working on my ankle. After one session, I felt much better and she has now seen me for around three sessions. I am now able to walk much better and without a limp. She advised me to ring my GP to get the appropriate meds for the pain so that I could sleep and also gave me gentle exercises to help my recovery. Annabelle many works mainly on Women's Health Physiotherapy, so I'm even more grateful for her helping me. Annabelle, I cannot thank you enough. Your kindness and dedication are incomparable and I appreciate what you have done for me. Not all heroes wear capes!
