Annika has been phenomenal in helping me with an acute muscle spasm. She starts each session off by assessing the current situation and progress that has been made. She then relieves tension through massage and acupuncture. She also gave me a series of exercises and tools to allow me to work on my muscle spasm at home. She's just fantastic and I couldn't recommend her more.

I visited Annika during Covid Lockdown 3 when I was mentally and physically exhausted from dealing with home schooling plus a teething toddler. Annika made me feel completely at ease right from the start and gave me a wonderfully thorough, holistic treatment involving a back and shoulder massage, and acupuncture to release muscular tension in my shoulders and lower back. Annika also walked me through some Pilates stretches using the foam roller for me to do daily as a way to release tension. I felt lighter-than-air when I left the session and my husband definitely noticed a spring in my step that hadn't been there before! I will definitely be returning for some further 5 star treatment.

I’ve suffered from a painful right shoulder for 18 months. Annika’s first class physiotherapy involved massage, acupuncture and applying sports tape to keep it stable afterwards. She coupled this with showing me some gentle rehab stretches and shoulder cuff exercises to practise at home. I’m finally able to enjoy uninterrupted sleep every night (as I tend to lie on my right side). Annika is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and I would recommend her to anyone suffering from shoulder pain.

I have had accupuncture and physio and exercise recommendations which helped with advice to get me moving again. Highly recommend: really professional and would travel for acupuncture and treatment for other issues.
