I have been seeing Kelly as an osteopathy client for several years and I can attest to her being an excellent healer. Kelly not only has the technical expertise on a physical level, but uses an holistic approach to combine the physical with the mental and spiritual. She is a natural life coach, an innate ability which is evident from the first time you meet her! Every session with Kelly creates space and understanding taking healing to a higher level. Kelly is a true professional with a very grounded presence and I can truly say I walk away feeling elevated after every session. All my appointments have been an experience and sessions of growth and reflection which is so much more than I expected and I simply cannot recommend her services enough!

I took my baby girl to see Kelly McKay for 2 cranio-sacral treatments around the ages of 4 and 6 months. There were no massive issues with my daughter, however, she had a Ventouse delivery and so I knew I wanted her to have a couple of sessions with Kelly to help with any residual trauma she might have been carrying around her head. Kelly was so good with her from the moment she laid her hands on her. My baby is very wriggly and doesn't like to stay still for long, however, Kelly didn't make this into an issue at all and was able to calmly and confidently work on her whilst I held her in my arms for most of the treatment. Kelly has such a calm and gentle way with babies and I really appreciated this. As a new mum, you of course want people who come into contact with your child to treat them and hold them the same way that you do - and that's exactly what I got. My daughter warmed to her immediately and gave her lots of smiles! Although my daughter has never been a 'challenging' baby, I saw a subtle but noticeable difference in her after each treatment. After the first treatment, she carried far less tension in her neck and shoulders and breastfed in a more relaxed way (we were having some troubles with feeding in certain positions before). After the second treatment (at a time when my partner and I were both quite stressed which I feel was rubbing off on her), she was much calmer and settled back to her usual cheerful self within a day or two. All in all, I would highly recommend Kelly's services - both for adults (I have had many wonderful sessions with her) but especially for babies. The way in which she was able to so gently and profoundly help settle my daughter into her natural way of being was truly incredible and I'm very grateful for her work.
