A. M.I would really recommend this form of therapy to anyone with sports injuries, bad backs or stiffness in any form and especially with Angela. Angela is wonderful and completely shifts the body into a relax and calm state easing and aiding injuries allowing them to recover and get stronger. Angela really helped with my two slipped discs in my lower back, since using the Bowen Technique my back has been better than ever and I am back to my normal self. Her technique is very gentle and so it works with any injury or even if you are feeling a bit tight in areas. Even though my back is 100% better thanks to Angela, I will continue to see her, as Bowen is very good for the body and mind. Thank you Angela so much for making me feel myself again!
