First time seeing Rob today, he was very welcoming and professional. He used different techniques to loosen up my lower back along with some stretches. Also gave me some stretches to work on at home. My back already feels allot better just from the one session. I would highly recommend him!

Training with Rob has been a pleasure, an insight and a wonderful experience. I broke my hip over-training at 42 and owe my recovery largely to him. Rob really takes a lot of time to listen to you as a unique individual and will spend his own time thinking how best to tailor a session to meet your unique goals. Behind his training sessions are evidence-based methods from the people he has been trained under, and I certainly learnt a lot. He has a multifaceted background and incorporates important components of the different disciplines he has trained in, into your sessions. He also uses visual technology to familiarise you with what is actually going on at a muscular, anatomical level. On top of that he is a really friendly guy who genuinely seems interested in you as a person and helping you. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you!
