Arjun is a fantastic physiotherapist and the facilities at the centre are great. I had ankle surgery and thanks to the hydrotherapy and physiotherapy my recovery is going very well. Really appreciate the professionalism and dedication, very lucky to be having treatment at the centre. Thank you

I went there to deal with an awful back spasm. Femy took me through a number of exercises that allowed me to walk out of the clinic standing upright and thanks to her, I felt safe and able to move my body in a way I never thought I could. Working with the discomfort and stretching gently under water without aggravating the spasm further felt really empowering - I was able to do something instead of being flat on the floor for days hoping for the pain to go away. General advice is to move as soon as you can, but I always found myself reinjuring my back by not knowing how to move to help it - turns out doing it in the water with the help of a professional makes all the difference. Two weeks and three sessions later, I'm so much more confident about managing any pain that might arise and looking after my back. Femy gave me a lot of suggestions on what to do when working very long hours on my feet and I've been able to perform 100%. Really happy I found this place and will continue working with Femy to improve my core strength and range of motion even further.

I've seen many other physiotherapists regarding slipped discs before. London Physio and Wellness Clinic has so far provided the best care and I felt so much better after a few visits only. The Physiotherapist (Arjun) I am working with invests a lot of time and patience understanding your exact needs and ensuring quality care. I started with dry needling, then went to the great Hydrotherapy pool before progressing to the machines in the gym, developed for physiotherapy only. I have had back pain for many years and have never really benefitted from massages or bodyweight exercises only. Arjun really knows what he is talking about which encourages me so much on my journey to get better and gives ne hope! I can only recommend this clinic, all staff is so friendly and make sure you have the best experience.

I have had the pleasure of working for a number of healthcare providers. This one stands heads and shoulders above them all. The Physiotherapists here all invest a lot of time and money ensuring quality care and in improving their skill set. There is a great community feel. During my first Saturday, I was given a thorough handover by one of the senior Physiotherapists (Arjun- he really knows his stuff) about patients I would be treating the following week. I was also provided the opportunity to practice techniques. The clinic is also the best equipped I have seen, with an incredible gym and great Hydrotherapy pool.

I am having shoulder pain for last 1year ,I have seen the specialists and few physiotherapist for it but nothing helping. I am a General practitioner myself so knew professionals treating me were still not touching the root of my problem,my arm started getting weaker. I attended LPAWC and was assessed by senior physiotherapist Arjun who picked up the issue very accurately and planned physio sessions for me. Monica helped me in relieving my muscle related issues. I would say I am feeling so much better every day after having 6 sessions of physio and working on it at home. This clinic is one of the best I have ever attended. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and clinically competent in practicing evidence-based therapies. My injury was treated successfully at this clinic and I was given great follow on exercises to do both after each session and also following discharge from their care. After injuring my knee right before a dance job and being super stressed about it, I found this place on Google to get it checked out. The reception team were all super friendly and managed to squeeze me in within a couple hours of my call. I was seen by Femy, who was really great, she was able to assess and treat my injury and gave me lots of stretches and exercises to do at home to get better quickly. I received excellent care and treatment from Femy and Arjun for my lower back. I noticed an improvement in the pain from the very first session, which continued to get better throughout each of the therapy sessions.The stretches and advice given were simple, but extremely effective. I am now back at the gym. I would also like to give a special mention to Ayena and Kalam, who went out of their way to help me with insurance company. I'm a 31 year old male who had been suffering with back and leg pain for months. An MRI showed I had a bulged L5 (slipped disc) which was pressing on my nerves, causing constant pain down the right side of my body. from my pelvis to the top of my calf. I went through two rounds of cortisone injections, one round of radio frequency therapy, five different painkillers/neuropathic medications - none of these helped alleviate the pain. After 6 sessions with Arjun I can confidently say that I am near enough back to being pain free and living a normal life - a big thank you to Arjun. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant and understanding atmosphere altogether. My physiotherapist Femy was able to give precise exercises to stretch and relax particular muscle groups which were causing discomfort and pain, and set me on path to a better exercise regime.

Highly recommended. Just 5 weeks after discharge from hospital, post hip replacement surgery, the twice-weekly physiotherapy sessions with Arjun (and dedicated practice of exercises set on my part), I was walking without crutches. The facilities are state-of-the-art, the staff friendly and professional. I appreciated the detailed advice and explanations of my treatment throughout. I saw Arjun for a number of weeks and he was fantastic. Very knowledgable, gave expert sessions and advice and was a very nice chap to boot. I thought my ankle would never improve after a bad sporting accident and had been to a number of ankle specialist doctors. None could diagnose what had happened, but Arjun knew immediately and it has not cracked since. Couldn't recommend him and the team highly enough. Fantastic service and (though I hope to never need to) if ever I need physio I now know where to go!

Excellent. I have been to see Arjun for 3 separate sporting injuries in the last few months and he has solved each one thoughtfully, quickly, charmingly and thoroughly. The last time was 36 hours before a half-marathon. I went in limping and ran in no discomfort on the day. The clinic is very close to both a district line station and DLR station so is easy to access from the City. Would highly recommend.

With two prolapsed discs in my neck causing tremendous pain and neural symptoms down my arm. I was referred to Arjun by my neurosurgeon. Within a matter of weeks under his guidance he'd managed to reduce the pain drastically. How can I say this in the simplest way? Arjun (and his team) 'fixed' a serious triple disc injury to the neck that had caused partial paralysis to my arm. Truly amazing. I had been to regular 'physios' before this who made it worse with their generic approach. I have recommended and do recommend him to anyone with neck or spine problems, minor to more serious.

I would recommend this centre to anyone who has done an op and is looking to recover, the physiotherapy gym is easy to use and has lots of equipment. The consultants are very helpful and will provide a detailed plan for rehabilitation. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming.
