My appointment with Nell was an absolute delight! She is thorough, detailed, hugely knowlegable, effective and has a brilliant manner. I walked out of the appointment with my shoulder pain gone in a single session, feeling very relaxed and with advice on how to manage any reoccurring issues. She came highly recommended by friends and I would not hesitate to return to her for any physio needs in the future.

Absolutely outstanding treatment from Nell- she was incredibly thorough, kind and understanding and really thinks outside the box in terms of diagnosis and treatment. Results have been life changing, would recommend to anyone.

I found Nell last month after looking into help for an ongoing leg/hip issue. I had seen a physiotherapist before but had had no luck. I signed up to a online consult which I was a bit dubious about. BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT!! Nell was warm, friendly and completed a thorough assessment via video call. She had an impact on a problem that had been bothering me for years. Her followup notes and video exercises were thorough and easy to follow. Her evaluation was clear and realistic and I cannot wait until I can see her in person to continue my treatment. I'm so glad I have found her!
NB. Nell's reception team were also friendly and helpful which made things easier in lockdown.

Nell is one of the best physio in the UK. She has been treating my shoulder problem. Nell is an excellent physio who understands and feels your pain and will make sure that she fixes your body with care. Although through covid has been difficult for everyone, she has been doing a home visit to help with my shoulder pain. I can't recommend Nell enough she is Amazing.

Nell did what other physios and osteos couldn't - fix my shoulder, which had been sitting in the wrong place for about 15 years! If you have any doubt about booking with Nell, just do it - she's worth every penny.

I've been to physios before and they've been okay at treating the bit I point to as hurting and making it feel better.
When I started seeing Nell and her team she took a more holistic approach and helped me figure out that my neck and back pain was actually being triggered by problems with my hips!
After a couple of sessions with Nell, and along with the group classes Helen organises to build strength I felt completely different and am running without pain for the first time in years.
Couldn't recommend Victory highly enough.

I visited Nell recently, having met her a few weeks earlier and describing to her a long-running problem I'd had with my knee. Where others had failed to identify the cause or the cure, her Holmes-like investigative questions and observations soon isolated the cause of the problem (oddly enough a decades-old collarbone break) and she was able to treat it.
Remarkable results and I couldn't recommend 'the best physio in London' highly enough. Thank you Nell 😀

The best physio in town! Nell has been helping with the rehabilitation of an aspiring tennis player following major knee reconstruction and cartilage graft and the results so far have been impressive. Always available for help, advice and those healing hands, Nell is hugely recommended.
She has also helped two other members of the family with other issues, all with equal great success.
Thanks Nell ;)

I've had many run-ins with both injury and physio in the past, and Victory is who I've stayed with for my health needs - Nell is quietly (and rightly) confident in her body-sleuthing, despite my bizarre body's attempts to outfox her, and I always leave our sessions with a new lease of movement.
There is also sometimes the possibility of cake, as pictured in the profile picture.
If your physio /hasn't/ had a delicious logo cake made, then you should probably consider coming to one that is a) excellent at fixing people and b) may have another birthday cake for their next anniversary...

I've known Nell a little while but didn't want to bother her with my aching hip and reduced flexibility in my right leg (afterall, it was easy to ignore).
I'm glad I did.
There was nothing wrong with my hip - it was my posture that was causing parts of my body to over-compensate. This inflamed my hip which restricted my leg movement and very likely aggravated my Bakers cyst in addition.
Nell spotted this almost immediately and after a few weeks of being aware and adjusting my posture, I have almost full range of movement back and the pain in my hip has more or less gone. And as an added bonus: my Bakers cyst has disappeared!
Thank you Nell - a real star!

Had a bad back for the first time in my life, which was preventing me training. Had (I think) three appointments with Nell at Victory, who did strange things to me and gave me a "brick" and a programme of back stretches, and also told me off about my posture, which she felt was the core issue (literally). My memory of the back pain is so acute that I still have the "brick", just in case, but I've not had any issues since - and I still correct my posture if I think of Nell. Highly recommended. Lovely folk, too.

Attempting to play tennis for 24 consecutive hours is no easy task. Especially with an arthritic knee and a replaced hip!
But Nell and her team at Victory took care of all of my needs, and made sure that I was still walking (and functioning) at its conclusion.
Great knowledge, and a real passion for their work.
I would definitely recommend Victory....

I suffered from neck pain for a several years and when it flared, I saw a local osteopath for treatment. He treated the neck and reduced the pain to a tolerable level for a while, but it always returned within a month or two.
A friend recommended Nell Mead at Victory. In my initial session, she diagnosed a long term shoulder injury which was causing the neck pain. After a single session, I felt significantly better. After three sessions, my chronic pain had gone and did not return. As a bonus, the severe left sided headaches I had been suffering up to 3 times a week disappeared. I had been suffering these headaches for many years and assumed they were migraines. I rarely get headaches at all now.
I can't thank Nell enough for her excellent treatment which has significantly improved the quality of my life.

Wow! After 1 session, I feel brand new. Not only has my digestion improved, my ‘stuck left hip’, thoracic is ‘free’ and my hamstring ‘popping’ issue (sorry failed to mention that) has disappeared.
Clean, love the aromatherapy oil scent in the waiting area, tidy and welcoming.
Staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to help you achieve your body’s full potential.
Very highly recommended- thank you so so much!

First visited Victory after replacement knee surgery. Started with hands-on treatment and then added rehabilitation sessions with personalised exercises resulting in long-term cure. I wish I'd known about them before surgery and had an overall assessment which would have made my recovery even faster. Victory is my first port of call when I have any type of pain and they always fix my self-inflicted injuries, even when the source isn't obvious, by treating the body as a whole. Don't know where I'd be without them - probably on pain killers.

Nell is a world class physio who always has my long term needs in mind. Nell has helped me with a number of injuries playing International rugby and various underlying tightness issues. Her approach is to fix the cause and not just the symptoms. I swear she's a wizard.

Having suffered with lower-back/sciatic pain for several years a friend recommended that I should visit Victory Health & Performance...
One treatment session with Nell and I've been pain free for a month...
OUTSTANDING :D
