Went to get wax removed from both my ears. Took about 10 minutes cost £80. Very professional and was very reassured. I think all the wax came out but of course I can’t see! Noticeable difference and I gained a few frequencies so for me definitely worth the money. It’s currently on the third floor of the Wellington hospital.

I am relieved to have found an incredible service to support me in dealing with my hearing difficulties moving forwards... it’s not an easy adjustment but I can’t recommend more highly North London Hearing! They have patiently trialled me with 4 different kinds of aids ranging from the Lyric to in the ear models and finally behind the ear types which I found to be life changing. The audiologists are so knowledgeable and patient in their guidance. From making appointments to problem Solving issues, they are a pleasure to deal with and I am so grateful for all their help. I can take Phone calls, watch telly and listen to podcasts directly through my hearing aids. Life changer! Thank you to the whole team especially Paul, Melissa and Lavinia!

The PA was away that day but Dr Benjamin, concerned with my symptoms, returned my call, squeezed me in the same day and put me on a treatment that restored my hearing. His care and attention was much appreciated and I can highly recommend him.

I visited Harley Street Hearing through the "Musician's Hearing Health Scheme", which is a wonderful scheme offering support to use musicians in the form of a heavily discounted set of ACS earplugs and a hearing test. Booking the appointment was very straight forwards, and the staff were most pleasant and professional. I haven't a bad word to say about my experience and would highly recommend this service to others.

Highly professional, friendly, helpful. In one session I had wax removal, a hearing test and moulds made for musicians' attenuators to be made. These arrived in the post two weeks later, a perfect fit. The Musicians' Union scheme meant that I only paid £30-40 for the pair including the full appointment. At the same time I had sleep earplugs made (£80) which has taken me a couple of weeks to get used to but I am now more than happy with them. Both pairs of earplugs are a real life saver. Thank you!

The Musicians Hearing Health Scheme is invaluable. Most importantly, without them, I'd still be using inadequate ear protection when I play. But, also, their services mean that I have access to hearing tests and will be able to keep track of my hearing for the years to come. Everyone is also incredibly friendly here. Yesterday I was thrilled to receive my hearing test and am so looking forward to getting my personal inner ear protection plugs. I must congratulate the very skilled and professional audiologist for her splendid work. She pains-takingly went through in detail about it all. The service I received from North London Hearing was second to none. I was having custom earplugs fitted as part of the Musician's Hearing Health scheme. On my first visit, there was too much wax in my ears to take the impressions; I was given the option of visiting my GP for wax removal, or coming back to North London Hearing for an additional charge for them to do it. I must add, at this point, having them perform the wax removal was completely my choice, and there was no hard sell at all. On my return visit (following the advised 3 day dosing of olive oil to soften the wax), it was all successfully removed, and I can't recall a time when my hearing was this clear. A hearing test was them administered, and I was very surprised to discover my poor upper frequency hearing was down to the wax, and that I actually have pretty good hearing! Next, the impressions were taken, which, while an odd experience, was explained to me at every step, and it was over fairly swiftly. I'm now waiting for my custom earplugs, which I'm sure will be excellent. Both AudiologistsI saw were professional, helpful, and friendly. I would highly recommend North London Hearing for all of your hearing needs.

Paul Checkley was recommended to me by 2 independent friends and my experience has totally matched my expectations. I have been back a few times with questions and for tweeking to my hearing aids and have never felt I am being a nuisance. Went for micro-suction before and a checkup recently. Once again really impressed. Having been to another place before in the past which the audiologist carried out micro-suction, I didn't feel that warmth towards me. However at this clinic I enjoyed the warmth and friendliness that Mellisa and Lavinia both showed towards me. Highly recommended.

Extremely helpful and professional service. I was referred to them via the Musicians' Hearing Health Scheme which provides subsidised hearing protection for music industry professionals. The whole process of having my ears checked, irrigated, moulded and tested was thoroughly explained throughout and Ayesha was polite and patient and answered all of my questions and concerns fully in a way that anyone could understand.

I was surprised to know that you didn't need to be a member of the musicians Union to reap the rewards for the "musicians hearing help scheme". They also cleaned my ears out at half the price and as a result my tinnitus went (not saying that will happen for everyone), but to say that was a HUGE relief would be an understatement of the highest order! I lost my original moulds and didn't want to spend another £200 so was really happy I could get a new pair for £40. They have a variety of colours these days which is a nice touch. And the whole process was very easy, painless and the audiologist Jas, was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. Would and have recommended to other muso pals!

I attended the Belfast clinic to have my moulds made. This was a simple process that was over in approx 30 minutes. I required irrigation of my left ear so that may have added about 5 or so minutes but all was carried out quickly. I was given advice on what would best suit the environment I work in and I cant wait to recieve my plugs!!!

I could wait no longer for my referral letter from my G.P. to the hospital, so I rang the Golders Green branch where my call was taken by Lavinia. She was extremely helpful and was able to book me in for the same day , very efficient. I was seen by Ayesha and explained the strange sensation of hearing as if under water to my right ear. After a thorough microscopic examination and an explanation of what was happening she used microsuction to remove small particles of impacted wax blocking the ear canal which I'm told by the very knowledgable Ayshea is 3.5mm diameter, approx. It was instant sound as the air was rushing in freely again. I am absolutely delighted to have my hearing restored by such charming, caring, understanding professional people .Many thanks to all the staff at North London Hearing from Tom Morgan.
