It was by google search I found him. And I had three sessions during my time on holiday post surgery for shoulder. And in the end of last session I had great improvement, confidence and mobility in my shoulder. Highly recommend

I had several sessions of physio with Orson . He corrected my vertigo and was very sensitive to my situation and symptoms He understood the way it was affecting my life. He pays great attention to detail and listens in a reflective way creating a team approach . Whenever I saw him he enabled me to have a positive view of my health whilst addressing the issues .
I would recommend Orson as a skilled physiotherapist and health professional .

Running is an important part of my daily schedule – so when my Achilles tendon become very sore and sensitive - it was clear that I needed to get some advice and treatment quickly. Orson gave me a series of exercises over several weeks that progressed in their intensity and load bearing and while I am normally a little careless in following instructions, in this case I was motivated to do it. Following three weeks of religiously doing the exercises I am now back to my morning jog and have a series of exercises that warm up the tendon and can provide relief and treatment as soon as I get any twinges – very grateful for your help Orson !

When I came to Orson having twisted my knee very badly and had returned from USA in a wheelchair: after one session I could walk with little pain. After several visits, a series of exercises that I do religiously! I feel at almost back to normal- in fact better than before having little and mostly no back pain (not what I initially came for!). Orson has miracle hands- after each session I go from better to even better.

Having fallen and chipped a bone in my ankle giving it a nasty sprain, I was in much pain: my foot was badly swollen, walking was very difficult and claiming stairs extremely painful.
After several sessions with Orson he managed to get me back to resuming my normal walking of over an hour a day without discomfort and I was even able to go on a walking holiday with no problems. So very grateful for the attention and help

For many years or at least since I first dislocated my shoulder playing rugby as a 20-year-old in university I have been cautious with the use of my shoulder and at the age of 31 I had a pin inserted to stop it ‘popping out’; which was happening on a painfully regular basis! use of my shoulder.
I am now 42 and in October 2018 I hurt that same, right-sided shoulder playing tennis. Since my shoulder was dislocated all those years ago I have never felt secure when using it be it for climbing, tennis or basketball.
For reasons unbeknownst to me I delayed arranging a visit to a physiotherapist after the aforementioned tennis game. I can genuinely say that my experience with Orson has left me feeling both more knowledgeable but also far more secure about my shoulder.
My experience over the 6 or so sessions we did have been overwhelmingly positive; Orson was absolutely superb in identifying where my issues were, and his expertise and knowledge of the human anatomy meant that I now better understand and feel reassured that I need not worry about full usage of my shoulder in the future. I now do not worry about my shoulder; after each session Orson gave me carefully considered exercised that I have been doing on a regular basis and which now have my shoulder where it is stronger than it ever has been before.

I cannot recommend Orson highly enough, he seems to truly work miracles. He treated me recently for acute pain in my knee and hip which prevented me from running (I am a very keen runner). I had a marathon coming up four weeks from seeing Orson for the first time for this issue and was pretty sure that I would have to pull out of the race, but Orson managed to identify what caused the pain and then treated it, he gave me some exercises to do and I managed to run the marathon in a good time and most of all totally pain free. I would give him six stars if Google would let me.

Orson was very good at listening to me and responding kindly and sympathetically.
An excellent service I would recommend.

After playing a cricket match and then a whole day of sitting I got a very severe pain at the back of my thigh. The pain made me limp I couldn't walk normally or think about sport or the gym. I also had some numbness in my toes. A thorough physiotherapy assessment identified a sciatic nerve issue and an ongoing weakness from a past hamstring muscle strain. The pain was uncomfortable, frustrating and even excruciating at times but in life most things require hard work and time to fix. After physiotherapy and doing exercises the pain and numbness have gone. I am now back at the gym and feeling confident in getting strong.

“When I came to Orson I couldn’t turn my body without pain, I was unable to twist to do everyday things like reaching for a cupboard. Now the pain is completely gone and I can move my neck and body freely. Usually treatments leave me sore for a few days afterwards but Orson's treatment was gentle and effective, I felt no pain afterwards. The exercises were helpful and easy to do.” Oksana

I am very impressed and even more happy about the fast and lasting success of your treatment.
Ten years ago I became aware of a blockage in my right hip caused by my sacrum and my femur as well as a heavy stiffness in my right shoulder.
When I started to do the exercises you gave me I felt a very strong awareness in different parts of my body (not only the obviously affected ones) and some very old memories came up of events and emotions. I decided to heal them together with the protective attitudes my body had taken a long time ago. I don’t know how important this clear intention of mine was but it took me only two weeks until my body had released all main blockages and not more than a month until I would consider myself as healed from a very old burden.
My horses are very happy about that change in their rider’s hip and shoulder too and I can receive their physical constrains now also in a different way, I have new ideas of how to help them, riding wise (with specific dressage exercises) as with the right ground-work. Thank you Orson

Having suffered with severe restriction with movement due to a very painful shoulder I visited Orson who helped me no end. I was given exercises to do at home and now after four months I am pain free. Thank you Orson!

"My experience with Orson as my Physio has been excellent and I would recomend him highly. He is very professional and helped me progress at a steady but satisfying rate after my ACL opperation. Not only does he have an exstensive knowledge he also helps you to clearly understand the biological impacts of your opration and how your assigned exercises will benefit. He worked with me to ensure the exercises given suited to my everyday life. With Orson's help I am well on track to getting back to the sports I love."
