Ava is not only the best physiotherapist ever but also an amazing person with a contagious positive energy!
I met Ava following a foot surgery 5 years ago and kept finding excuses to continue seeing her for anything. She has a holistic approach and is extremely knowledgeable. She’s impressive as just by looking at how you walk, she can immediately identify potential issues. You just know after seeing her that you will feel much better!

I’ve known Ava for over 5 years, she is a miracle worker! Honest, professional, calm in her approach Ava always goes the extra mile to find a space in her diary when disasters strike! Her diagnosis and treatment spot on. As a PT I’ve never hesitated to refer her to clients and as Mum to a vocational ballet student her focus is on injury prevention and performance enhancement. Love her!

I first saw Ava back in 2013. I'd been to many doctors and physios previously, but hadn't been happy with the outcome as they'd never identified the cause of my pain. It was only thanks to Ava's treatment and suggested diagnosis that led to an MRI which disclosed the problem that she had highlighted. I'm thankful to this day of how she helped me beyond the 30 mins appointments in that difficult time, and 8 years on whenever I have any physical complaints Ava is always my first course of treatment. I trust her entirely, am very grateful for the years of pain relief she has given me and would highly recommend booking a consultation!

I first came to Ava 15 years ago and she has treated me throughout careers in dance, acrobatics and yoga. She is by far the best and most knowledgeable physio I have received treatment from and have recommended her over the years to many people including several of my students. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Over the years, friends of mine who are athletes, cyclists and dancers have all raved about Ava and how she is the absolute best physio. Now I’ve had cause to be treated by her, I know they were all right.
After an agonising lower back injury left me immobilised, Ava took complete control of the situation. I was impressed by how quickly she organised MRI scans, processed the results and commenced treatment. Magic hands certainly, but clear, cogent home exercises and instructions - not just to regaining function, but improving, strengthening and prevention.
Unlike other Physios, Ava was assertive as to how much I could do at home and determined to keep my sessions with her to a minimum.
I cannot recommend highly enough.

I have been dealing with Ava in my work in the theatre industry and as my personal physiotherapist for the last ten years. Ava delivers on a very high standard of physio and post therapy advice. Always with maximum discretion and privacy. I have absolutely no hesitation in personally recommending her.

Having suffered from a prolapsed disc in my lower back 7 years ago I can honestly say I wouldn’t have the flexibility I do now without the expert knowledge, hands-on physio skills and genuine passion & encouragement that Ava has given me.
I initially saw Ava to alleviate the referred pain down my legs and I went down the route of spinal injections initially as I just didn’t want to have back surgery. Eventually I had to accept that surgery was the only way forward. I was told i should make a good recovery but physio was key. Ava set to work and did her magic. I was playing tennis again within 6 months.
I also have arthritic knees having had several arthroscopy procedures. I don’t have much cartilage left in either knee but I don’t want knee replacements! Again Ava has kept my knees going with maintenance physio all these years - sometimes weekly and sometimes I can go a month or two without a sessions. But her exercises, education and encouragement has helped me keep going and I even went on a 7 day intensive tennis holiday in 2019 when the last knee surgeon told me after my last arthroscopy procedure that I won’t play tennis again!
Ava is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what part of the body is talking to what muscle. It’s truly amazing how I can have a niggle in my arm and she won’t even look at the arm - she goes straight to another part of my body such as my neck and hits the spot like “bingo”. Amazing!

Ava is an absolute superstar. I've been seeing her for many years now; initially this was for a shoulder injury I sustained pushing far beyond my powers at the gym (bench/shoulder press)...recently it's been my ankle (I'm a long distance runner). She's got me back on the road after 2 months out and I'm forever grateful.
One thing I will say: just do what she tells you to do!!! It always works.
Thank you Ava!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had a great experience with Ava. I do not have a medical background, she was very patient with me and explained my injury and what the rehabilitation process would be. After two session I have see a considerable improvement.
