An extremely professional and helpful massage. I have had majorq spine surgery and require slightly different treatment due to my condition and this is exactly what I got: The therapist was very attentive to my needs, always checking with the level of pain and remembering the areas of my back I feel particular sensitive about. I found Abigail from Sportytime Recovery online and dropped her a message to check availability. She was prompt and got me booked in the very next day. The clinic is easy to find (a few mins walk from Goodge Street station) and Abigail is a thorough professional. She took time to ask me what my problem areas were (I felt like I had strained my shoulders & neck from going on roller coasters) and spent an hour working out the crinks & pains. Abigail - you've got magic hands !!!

I highly recommend Sportytime. I have had shoulder pain due to falling from stairs and after going for a shoulder massage I don't feel any pain now. I have joined the other treatment at that time (as I was desperate) but have to say Sportytime is far better, Abi has done 4 sessions and the other one only 3 and it was more expensive. I came to Abigail quite miserable with a lot of pain in my hips - I couldn't sleep properly and even sitting was painful. During the first appointment she did an assesment, two amazing treatments and set up a program for me. Only a few days into her program, and the pain was almost gone, I finally could sleep, sit and slowly start to think about returning to my training routine. Honestly, I couldn't believe it! Abigail is such a great professional and you certainly can feel that she genuinely cares and wants to help you get back up and running, which sadly is not always the case with other specialists! I highly recommend!

Abi is an exceptional and experienced Physiotherapist. I dislocated my shoulder 5 years ago playing hockey so badly I had to have surgery on it, I had gone through rehab but every time I got on the pitch it had never felt right since. When I first met Abi she assessed and explained everything in detail. With her treatment and exercise plan I could already begin to feel more mobility in my shoulder after one session. Not only did she increase my mobility, as we progressed through the rehab she made my shoulder the strongest it has ever been and I am now back to playing hockey and scoring goals with no problem at all. I couldn’t recommend Abi highly enough!!

I was very impressed with detailed , technical and precise knowledge relating to my injury and the quality of service that was provided. The session gave me a better understanding of my injury and the treatment that followed has immensely helped and restored me back to full fitness. I definitely will be using the services of Abi on a regular basis once I return to full time competition.

All I can say is EXCELLENT. I had a Deep Tissue Massage done by Abigail and I still feel incredible days later. I'm very active as a runner and gym-goer and I didn't realise how much I needed the massage until I got it done. The tension in my trapezius area, hamstrings and quads is so much better after one treatment. She listened to my concerns and worked her magic. Highly recommended!
