When I first went to see Alex I had pain walking and had to limit any exercise I was doing. He helped me get to the root of the problem rather than a quick fix and now have no problem doing the exercise I was doing before injury. Really friendly and professional

I snapped my talus bone snowboarding in France and the ankle specialist warned me if i didn't take proper care of it there was a possibility he would have to fuse the bones. Straight after surgery I started rehab with Alex and although i couldn't weight bear we did a bunch of exercises to strengthen my ankle. Not only was i running again in 6 months but the ankle specialist said it was the best talus bone break recovery he had ever seen. Next time i need physiotherapy i'll be flying back to London (from Australia) for my treatment :).

A fantastic service - professional and friendly and delivers results without judgement. The continuing work on my posture and the exercises I've been given have not only improved my dancing, which was the reason I booked my initial appointment, but have also addressed and solved problems I didn't even know were related. Over a number of months I have been given adaptive exercises that have been developed to fit into my lifestyle and a great deal of support and encouragement which has meant I've stuck to the regime. Highly recommended!

Definitely recommend! I worked with Alex for 6 months following a MCL + ACL injury from skiing. He took the time to explain exactly what I had done to my knee, and the specific benefits of each exercise he gave me so I fully understood how it all linked together. He kept me motivated through set backs, and has prevented me having unnecessary knee surgery.
