Raj has never failed to diagnose and fix whatever malfunction I'm experiencing. He has resolved multiple SI join dysfunctions and an unpleasant nerve issue in my arm, enabling my to go back to my active life. Truly a physiotherapy wizard. I would 100% recommend Raj and the Wellbeing Centre to anyone struggling with pain or injury - I'm very grateful to have it so close by! The clinic itself is clean and Covid-safe, and the reception staff very friendly and communicative with bookings.

Very clean and friendly staff. The specialist physio (Raj) is a very experienced and qualified professional in sport therapy who helped me with so many leg injuries due to playing badminton, including ACL rupture which I haven't done a surgery but Raj helped me to build muscles surrounding that area to ensure no further damage, this helped hugely for me to get back to the sport I love.

I had great physiotherapy sessions here. Raj is very knowledgeable and kind. He quickly examined my hurting knees and some postures, and gave me effective treatment as well as lots of encouragement and confidence. The good experience carries on with the comprehensive recovery exercise videos they offered, and I’ve been having some great progress! They really help me move towards a healthier body.

Raj is basically a magician! I have had a terrible pain in my leg for over a year and a half. My GP referred me to a specialist and nothing was helping until I went to see Raj. After a week, the pain was 99% gone. He has also helped my husband and 3 other friends who describe him as "life changing". I would highly recommend him! The Wellbeing Centre is also very clean and its staff is super kind.

They've always been so helpful and it has really helped my back / hip injury. It's one of the first physios I've been to where they've actually found the root of the problem from the offset and been able to address it. This is an injury that has caused me pain for a while so it is great to finally have it sorted. Each session is really valuable. Cannot thank them enough! - Also very helpful in advising me on running trainers and a standing desk to help with posture!

I have multiple back problems and Viviana has been helping me deal with these, gradually building the right muscles, giving me numerous stretching exercises to alleviate the pain and fix my posture. It has been a real relief to find a physiotherapist open during this lockdown period. I have a weekly session on my newly replaced knee joint, and the work is excellent. The physio promotes good infection control procedures as do I so I feel very confident that we are not putting each other at risk. I find the session is a nice mix of hands on work plus use of the massager and machines to bring down the swelling. The rates are reasonable and I trust their advice
