Such an amazing service. I could have not asked for more. I had been facing some difficulties since May 2021, after speaking to my GP several times I became more and more frustrated. I was not believed and asked to retake a blood test to confirm my pathology, they then postponed the right cure and postpone for another month. I received a gynaecologist appointment for the 9th of June 2022, way too far I was really worried about the risk of cervical cancer and also mentioned it to my GP but again they kept postponing. I was going nowhere, I was not helped, not taken care of and the postponing could have killed me if it was actual cancer. I decided to start looking for a private clinic that could help me. After accurate researches I finally came through to Dr Berrin Tezcan's Clinic. The service was amazing from the start, I was helped and greeted very politely and warmly by the two gorgeous receptionists, Iwona & Chanelle, the waiting room is super lovely with a self-service coffee machine, nice, warm and cosy. I had to wait a little while but I did not mind, Dr Berrin came to greet me personally and guided me to the consultation room, we then went on to the visit which was a very attentive one. I was asked about my health, the reason for my visit, and we discussed different health related matters, I was advised to try and lose weight to improve my health, I usually get upset and defensive, as I have been trying pretty hard but with PCOS it's been extremely difficult, I always feel that I am not believed when I mention that I am trying, but the way Dr Berrins touched the topic was super lovely and made me feel very comfortable immediately. We then moved on to the physical examination I had two scans internal and external and was immediately told that there was no cancer! I felt like maybe 20 years of worry had left my body in one second. I then opted to have some blood tests, general blood tests to cover everything, to which I received an outcome less than 2 days afterwards at midnight! How many NHS GP's do that? Lastly I would like to address the fees, I knew what I was paying for, it's a private clinic it's as simple as, if you want a great service you got to pay for it, I knew I was going to pay a high fee but I choose to have the service I needed to be sure I was safe and healthy, you are not forced to undergo anything you do not wish to and Dr Berrin asked if I wanted to go for the scan and the blood tests, I choose to cover everything so I don't think that the fees were unreasonable. Anyways the service and the experience was unique and very welcome, everything went well, I was given a cure immediately and there was no need for me to return. However I will definitely be using your service again, I was over the moon I could have not asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone that wishes to have an amazing service and fast answers, for someone that wants to hear more than just I can't help you if you don't lose weight first, someone that treats you like a normal person and doesn't judge you for being overweight. Thank you Dr Berrin I wish you all a very prosperous and successful future! :)

First of all, I think she is a brilliant doctor, but what really makes her stand out is the fact that she would spend as much time with me as I needed. She was incredibly thorough in not only asking me about my history, but in explaining all my options. I was extremely impressed with her compassion, breadth and depth of expertise. I came across this clinic on my search for a private gynaecologist to give me a complete check-over after the delivery of my twins 4 months ago. (something that is a standard procedure in every other European country but here in the UK!) The clinic itself is spotlessly clean and very modern, reception staff were very polite and helpful. I was seen by Dr Berrin Tezcan, the clinical director, herself and I must say the experience was second to none. Although being late myself, the doctor took her time asking me all the vital questions in order to establish a good background understanding of my profile, followed by a thorough scan and smear test. Dr. Tezcan was very attentive and trustworthy - I knew I was in good hands from the moment I entered. On top of that, the professional was very pleasant which made this visit even more "enjoyable". I will definitely be returning for my annual check-ups and highly recommend Dr. Tezcan to anyone seeking highly qualitative private gynaecology with a quick turn-over!

My journey with Dr Berrin Tezcan started when I was 5 weeks pregnant. Since then, she has been with me for every step of my pregnancy with her care, professionalism and incredible medical knowledge. Unfortunately, I did not have the most straightforward pregnancy due to some complications and given it was my first pregnancy, this process was extra delicate and sensitive for me. However, with the support and reassurance of Dr Tezcan, I got through this process in the best way possible. Unlike the NHS (for us at least), it wasn’t the case of just turning up for the scan and then going home, but instead Dr Tezcan took the time to give me and my husband detailed information about the scan, telling us what awaits us in the next step and the situations that may occur - having this forward-looking view and being able to prepare for this is priceless. She is a great, transparent and forward thinking doctor and I feel genuinely lucky to have had her by my side during this pregnancy. I would also like to mention a special thanks to her team (in particular Iwona) - they are honestly fantastic. Super accommodating, super responsive and most importantly, kind. You can send an email on the most basic of queries and they will always respond in a short amount of time. Thank you again for everything and will certainly be back in touch for our next pregnancy. Dr. Tezcan was incredible throughout the pregnancy, always making herself available and always giving sound and reassuring advice putting the baby and myself in the center. I had a planned c-section and she was also great on the day of the surgery and must say the healing process has been very smooth and much less painful than the first one I had a couple of years ago in Switzerland.

I highly reccomend Dr.Berrin Tezcan. I came across her name by chanche when I was looking to have a 8 weeks scan for my first baby and I did not leave her anymore. In a very stressful time like Covid it was essential for me to have a trustworthy and available Doctor who could follow my pregnancy from start to finish and Dr. Berrin filled all the boxes. She explained all the steps and gave me so much reasurrance in every phases. She will be my doctor also when I will have my 2nd baby.

I was very happy with appointment, the cervical exam, the ultrasound and the explanations given by the Doctor. However, during the consultation the Dr said she would test my hormone levels- there was no discussion of additional payment for this, no reference to the fact that I would have to pay a further £150 on top of the £300 I had already committed to and I was not asked if I would be happy to pay for this additional service for which I had not booked. I had already let the Dr know that I had recently had a Thyroid test on the NHS so would not have agreed to this hormone test had I been made explicitly aware of the additional cost of £150. I was therefore extremely surprised when I was charged £450 instead of the £300 I was expecting. My insurance only covers £200 of this so I was left to foot a £250 bill when I was expecting to pay £100 of my own money. It was not clarified in any way whether this was something I could afford or was willing to pay. This is deeply disappointing as otherwise I was happy with the service.

I was Dr Berrin Tezcan’s patient for my antenatal + the delivery and over the 9 months pregnancy and delivery, she has been absolute star and on top of everything. She was very professional, her experience and care made me and my husband very relaxed during the pregnancy and the birth. I gave birth in Portland hospital based on Dr Tezcan’s recommendation and before the birth, i was thinking whether i should look at other hospital options but Dr Tezcan was right, the hopsital was also great. Whole experience was very pleasant and actually we really enjoyed the delivery which is usually very nervous for everyone else :) We live in Hertfordshire but i still travelled to Dulwich sometimes when i was late to book her availability in her Harley str clinic. Worth all the travel for appointments when it comes to such an important topic, your baby if you are happy with your doctor. I had elective c section and i have the smallest cut, thanks to Dr Tezcan as you don’t want a big cut scar as a woman and she is also very good with that beside being really on top of everything during your pregnancy. She has bern very communicative, easy to reach and responsive. Thank you very much for everything! definitely going with the same clinic, same doctor next time !

The doctor was very good, knowledgeable and helpful. However I was not happy that I had to wait over an hour for my appointment as they were running late. They also did not make me aware of extra charges in the consult so I had to pay an extra £150 on top of what I was quoted. Good service but be careful of the extra charges, I unfortunately would not want to use their service again because of this.

Dr Berrin is extremely experienced and professional and I was delighted to discover her clinic in Dulwich rather than having to trek into central London or battle work / appointments in the same day - much more relaxing. I found it very easy to book an appointment and the help and service I received on the dat was top notch. I had a small harmless lump which i needed to have checked again and ideally removed, and this was no problem for Berrin (I had already visited my GP + the NHS Gyno team at Kings College Hospital twice and they wanted to leave it in place, which was proving a risk when exercising and flying regularly) While i was with Berrin I took the opportunity to have a full women's health check incl blood tests taken and a full scans - I had the scan results immediately and bloods within a few hours. I also needed to ask Berrin a few questions afterwards and she replied very quickly by email. Exceptional service - cannot recommend Berrin and her PA Crystabelle enough. If you have any concerns and have struggled to have them taken seriously on the NHS - I would strongly recommend you visit leafy Dulwich. I'll be back again soon, I'm sure!

From my initial communication with the Administrator through to the visit and consultation with the Gynaecologist I was made to feel at ease.
