Staff are always friendly and welcoming. My treatment was thorough. An elderly relative of mine attends a pilates class regularly and I know she is cared for very well. I would happily recommend Maidstone Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic to anyone.

Having had niggling lower back problems for many years I joined the Pilates sessions here as I understood it could help. It certainly does, and I now attend a regular weekly Pilates session (currently via Skype due to Covid) and this definitely keeps my back in shape. I have also seen a few of the Physios here over the last couple of years and can't recommend them highly enough, always very friendly and professional - as well as sorting the problem!

I had to wait a while to get an appointment but well worth it. After a couple of sessions and I was already feeling the benefits just one more and I was back to playing golf. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I went to see Anna and the team when I honestly thought I'd never spend a day without pain again. I'd get out of bed and if I was lucky I'd be in agony. A friend recommended the clinic and it was the best thing I have ever done. The whole experience from entering the reception to leaving is friendly, warm and relaxing. I don't hurt anymore, I don't worry about picking up heavy objects and I don't have to worry about cancelling engagements because I can't physically make it. I would and I do recommend a visit to anyone out there.

I have had a lot of treatments over the years from Anna and her wonderful team and I’ve always been absolutely delighted with the support, advice etc that I have received. I now go to one of Anna’s pilates classes which are small, very friendly and good fun. The other class members are always so friendly and supportive and no one is ever judged on their ability. Also, because Anna is so informative, she tailors the classes to benefit everyone as she knows everyone’s individual needs and abilities. I wouldn’t go to any other pilates class.

I can honestly say from my first visit, they quickly reassured me that they understood the problem, made recommendations that the consultant followed (and challenged him when he didn't conduct the expected tests) and I am now almost symptom free from the problem i first experienced. Timely reminders are very helpful, honest updates on progress are welcomed and my expectations were well managed, its easy to become impatient post op expecting miracles !!!

I have had back problems on and off for decades and have visited many physiotherapists in my time. Anna was the first to ever suggest Pilates classes specifically tailored to people with muscle and joint problems. I am not going to say my problems have disappeared BUT I get a bad back far less frequently and it is never as severe. Anna was also fantastically supportive during lockdown 1 when I broke my ankle. We did all my rehabilitation via Skype and during that time when I was worried I could send her an email and she always replied and reassured me. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Having suffered with back issues since my late 20's I came across Pilates at the clinic whilst having treatment for a calf issue, and never looked back pardon the pun, Anna even manged to run the classes throughout the pandemic via skype

Used this sports clinic a couple of times, one for knee and more recently for torn rota cuff. Always been very helpful. Keeping to their routine both my knee and shoulder are greatly improved, so much so, I have begun training again at a gym again :)

Anna and the team are amazing . Friendly , make you feel at ease and helped immensely with my tendonitis with the various techniques they have to offer. I also do Pilates twice a week which keep my muscles working ! They definitely go the extra mile and thoroughly recommend them to help with your needs.
