5 weeks ago I limped into Stephens office for post-surgery rehabilitation on my ankle. I never thought I'd make so much progress in just a few sessions! No limp and he even got me running. With Stephen's professionality, thorough analysis, clear instructions & explanations and highly tailored approach, I knew I was getting the highest-quality of care. His encouragement and good humour made the sessions fun, and the time flew. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent result from seeing Stephen. I had been getting knee pain every time I went runnning, which wasn't getting better no matter what I tried. Stephen was able to identify the problem pretty much straight away at our first appointment. Through sticking with the exercise programme he prescribed I'm now once again able to run as far as I want again without pain. I could not have hoped for a better outcome. I only wish I'd gone to see him sooner instead of suffering through the pain for a year.

I have been working with Stephen for the past few months due to having Shin Splints. For about a year I haven't been able to run or train properly as they were giving me too much pain. After only a few sessions of physio and following a plan Stephen had created for me to follow at home I started to recover fast. I'm now running again and It feels great. Stephen was super caring and super professional to my shoulder condition, which had occurred through a simple trip and fall accident due to an uneven drain cover. Everything with my shoulder was uncomfortable and out of line. Within 4 sessions or so, I felt loads better and he managed to get 95% mobility back. I went to Stephen with a pulled quad, I came with the hope he could not just treat my quad but do it in time for my cup final. Stephen is wonderful. I walked in barely walking and after 2 sessions feeling so much better. I felt he was very non judgemental and gave me so much confidence back. I love the fact it’s so easy to book an appointment with the on line system. Love the fact the exercises are emailed to you and you can watch how to do them on line. Things go straight out of my head. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs treatment, he is empathetic, understanding and you do leave feeling better. Something I thought impossible having hurt my back.

I am a mature former athlete and was struggling with a sore achilles that travelled up my calf. I gained relief from my first appointment and was given a programme of exercises to follow to prevent the injury returning. I found Stephen (the physio) to be very re-assuring and interested in my life style, so that he could help me plan, to prevent further injuries. Advice included nutrition and types of shoes (walking, mainly) for my sporting activities. Stephen has finally convinced me that regular exercises will strengthen my muscles to protect my joints. Well what can I say … Stephen arrived prompted not a minute too soon Stephen is accurate and extremely knowledgeable I have seen so many osteopaths over the years and Wow he knows his craft, by far the best I have seen to date, a true artist “I feel so relieved” I am Ex serving Armed Forces and carry 1 or 2 niggling injuries and he pinned them down without me saying a word as per usual I had to wait till the next day to reap the full benefits I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family 100% accurate and extremely effective I should get Stephen in for a general body MOT as why wait to have an injury to see an osteopath Thanks again Total Sports Physio A Star, Number 1
