L. R.I was sent to Xcel Health Physiotherapy Maidstone by my insurance company following an accident.
They are extremely professional and very helpful. The exercises I was shown have helped tremendously in my recovery. I have more movement in my lower back and less pain than before the accident.
So much so I plan on making further visits as and when I feel any stiffness creeping back in
