T. D.Emma is a fantastic physio. You arrive and explain your problem. She then looks at your body, assesses the situation and manipulates the muscles that need to be mended. Her healing hands work on the problem without hurting you and you leave feeling better and with exercises to continue yourself. I cannot recommend her more highly.
E. G.I have been to see Emma a few times for different injuries/niggles and every time she has been brilliant. She is very thorough, she has done extensive investigation into what the issue might be, I feel like she goes above and beyond, and is genuinely wanting to help me rather than just doing her job, and each time has given me a great rehab programme to help me back to full fitness, without ever having me stop exercising altogether, just some temporary adjustments here and there. Because she is a CrossFitter herself, she understands what I can and can’t do around my injuries.
She is also great for sports massage and I have been to see her for them after a few big events and competitions which has really helped with the recovery!
She is also really friendly and approachable and makes you feel comfortable straight away. I always recommend MoveWell.
