R. P.I started seeing Annelies with Achilles Tendinitis because I had had it for over a year or more and it was getting worse not better. I had seen a Physiotherapist at the Red Cross Clinic who had given me exercises but it was not improving at all so my husband suggested I went to see Annelies.
One of the first things she discovered was I was over-exercising it and causing it to become inflamed. Over a few weeks she did some acupuncture and gave me some other stretches and I can honestly say it is virtually gone. I would highly recommend both Annelies and Wayne.
