I have been using Hannah for a few year for Sports massage and injury prevention.More recently during lock down I have joined her on line classes and had some one to one sessions.
Hannah is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about training, injury prevention and recovery. She is also incredibly enthusiastic and motivating. Her classes are fun but also challenging and I have definitely seen a dramatic improvement in my strength, core and mobility.

I searched for a couple of years when I first moved to the North East for the perfect sports massage. Disappointed so many times I kept travelling back to London to my old therapist.
Then I found Hannah. Positivity oozes out of her I knew after our first session that she had so much to offer me beyond the massage.
She knows exactly which muscles to work on and the mental lift I have always felt after a session with her is so precious.
I know that Hannah works with top athletes and as a novice I have recommended Hannah to many people over the years and will continue to do so when I can.
I cannot wait to be able to see her again and continue down my road to fitness and mental well being with her by my side. A true one of a kind.

I met Hannah after I had moved to Northern England, needing a sports masseur that understood how runners worked. No specific injury but maintenance to keep running. She was very professional and introduced me to ways of moving and exercising I had not come across before. Despite moving again within Northern England, I have kept going to Hannah for treatments because it was making a difference. Since lockdown, things have moved online, and i started to do some of her classes. As an older runner, I know I could be losing my muscle mass, but these strength, core and mobility classes have made such a difference to my body, it is coping with activities I thought I had lost. I would thoroughly recommend her classes. She is so enthusiastic.

Fantastic group and one to one clinics and Sports Therapy treatments. I first came across Trailside at a free injury prevention clinic she ran at my local bouldering wall last year. I then worked with Hannah on a one to one basis for 5 or 6 months to rehab a torn labrum in my hip and improve my overall physical performance.
Since lockdown she has started running online classes and virtual 1 to 1 sports therapy sessions. I've joined a number of these and they have all been extremely professional and useful. I never though I could make such big injury prevention and strength gains in front of my computer screen!
Hannah doesn't just run the sessions, she makes sure you leave with the right knowledge so you can keep training and managing your strength and fitness goals in between sessions. 👍

Iv been returning to Trailside Sports Therapy for over 18 months. I had initial sporting injury and was having to contemplate giving up the sport I love.
Within a few months this was completely cleared up and with some other corrections and guidance on antagonistic exercises I was actually back performing at new PB levels.
Since then I return every few months for check in and corrections.
Hannah is very approachable and understanding of the demands of my sport and offers clear strategies for long term sustainable performance.

I ran semi professionally and cycled on the same level. I was in a hit abs run accident when I was cycling. It left me in a pretty stiff state after leaving hospital. Working with hannah helped recover and reenergise for the sports I love. Very attentive, hannah took me and my personality into account while proving what I thought was a 360 physical therapy and much more connected to previous physio I had been previous to that.
