I was suffering from really bad lower back and hip pain, especially on the left-hand side, I had tried Chiropractors, Sports Massage to name a few treatments, and nothing had worked. I did not think that anything would work. After a consultation session with Pragna of Core Body Balance I took on a six-week treatment programme which has now resulted in me being pain free, and I continue to be pain free by visiting once a month to keep on top of my treatment. My experience has been a positive one, I was made to feel at ease and comfortable as each of my sessions. I would not hesitate to recommend Pragna to anyone who is suffering pain or discomfort.

My first visit to Pragna (Core Body Balance) followed a trapped nerve in my neck. I was in absolute agony. The first session relieved a lot of the pain and after the second things were back in control. I had always thought it would be a good idea to have some “maintenance” but work and life got in the way. I now subscribe to a monthly treatment which keeps in in good health. I like the flexibility of the treatments in that specific problems plus maintenance work can be addressed and I enjoy the variety of treatments from cupping to acupuncture, massage, gentle manipulation and testing. I’m a work in progress but have benefited in terms of alignment and understand stretches, and the benefits for my neck. I would highly recommend.

The treatment I had with Pragna to help with my aches and pains was the first that has had any long term effects. She is so welcoming and knowledgable, it makes you want to learn more, as she understands how the body works and explains how best to treat you. After my second treatment I went home to relax and promptly feel asleep! I highly recommend Pragna.

My partner went to see Pragna for the body MOT and taster session as he was experiencing what he thought to be sciatic pain. He said Pragna was kind and understanding and really put him at ease. Working with both Pragna and Apexa is a real pleasure. They take time at the beginning of each session to understand how I am feeling, where the pain is and how they can help me. In addition, they genuinely care about how I am feeling and that I am getting the most out of our sessions. I found significant results after my first visit and each time I feel better and more relaxed. They have worked with me to give additional exercises to perform while I am away and these have also made a real difference. Amazing lady who has helped me with an old injury in a matter of two sessions. I was told for years ago a crunchy shoulder of scar tissue could not be fixed, not true! Pragna sorted this very quickly with Kore Therapy in a few sessions and realigned my body which affected my posture. Apexa takes the time to listen to me about how my body is feeling and has the ability to target specific problems that I am having. An assessment is carried out at the start of each session, and my is treatment tailored to suit me. A variety of different methods are used to target problem areas, each as soothing and effective as the other. If you are wondering if this is the treatment for you, I would highly recommend trying it out, you wont regret it. I feel much more relaxed and calmer for the following week, and haven't experienced any of the usual niggling aches and pains during day to day life.
