T. A.My first ever visit here today and wow...very clean, comfortable and relaxed surroundings followed by a deep tissue massage by Zoe. My overall experience was fantastic and I am so grateful for the professionalism shown. I would DEFINATELY recommend and have already booked to come back. Thank you so much Zoe and keep up the good work!
S. S.Being a keen cyclist (~3000 miles a year).... I developed an injury in my left knee which prevented me from cycling, this caused me mental problems aswell as cycling is my meditation. After six weeks I was pretty miserable, when a friend recommended me to go see Leon at Acle Therapy and my challenge to Leon was clear.... Please get me cycling again!! Leon & the team at Acle Therapy are brilliant, I've been in for Physiotherapy with Leon and Sports massage with Georgiana and I'm pleased to say that yesterday I completed my 1st 20mile cycle ride at close to my normal pace completly pain free. Its not been easy and I still have a way to go to full fitness, but the progresson is clearly there to see. I'm so happy that I made the phone call and arranged to go see Leon & Georgiana at Acle Therapy... I like the way that whoever you see knows what treatment you have had and what needs doing as they record everything and co-ordinate with each other to get you the best physical outcome. Highly recommended..!
M. S.So i was told 7/8 years ago that my right knee was ruined. No ACL , pain and i had a limp. Leon had been recommended and with nothing to lose i went along last summer. The treatment was easy to understand , i used a resistance band and did what i was told , 3 sessions and everything was improving quickly. 6 months later i have no pain and no limp. I don't take it for granted but omg you have nothing to lose seeing this professional.
S. T.Katie is amazing 👏 I have had many massages and hers ticks all the boxes! She is sorting a spasm in lower back, but also my shoulders, calves and along with that a great hands on massage. Never felt so good! Thanx sooo much 🤩

L. S.I have had a fair amount of trauma with accidents and a car crash necessitating hospital for the fractured neck. I was in a pretty poor state before I went to Sharon at the Centre. Within three weeks I was a different woman due to her treatment and understanding of the injuries. I cannot recommend her or Acle Therapy Centre enough. If you need help, go to the Centre first. You will not regret it. I didn't and I still attend from time to time purely for the 'wellness' feeling I get from going there now I am recovered.
R. R.I love the Acle Therapy Centre! I’ve had various treatments here from Sharron, Leon, Stefania and Zoe and highly recommend them all. The centre has a positive energy about it and as soon as I walk through the door I feel calm and tranquil. Most recently I have been having regular physio treatments from Leon. I have been having terrible pains in my neck and shoulders. He is doing such a good job, already feeling easier and looser. Thank you!
S. L.Terrible pain in my shoulder caused by my dog tugging on the lead. Rotator cuff injury - so have been having treatment from Sharon since May. Pleased to say all well now just ongoing maintenance to do at home. Terrific, professional service from Sharon, couldn't have made it without her help and am so very grateful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this centre and so happy with the help I received I am now going to start treatment there for the hip bursitis I've endured for the last 4 years.
