Manisha is an incredible woman and OT. She has helped my son so very much with his confidence, anger and coping skills, and with her knowledge, kind heart, gentle mannner and skills this has in turn helped our whole family. Thank you so much, you are a true gift. I could not think of anyone i would trust more with our wonderful children. Manisha supported the occupational therapy team at Portland College for a few months due to the team needing an experienced OT. We were very grateful for the support Manisha gave the team and benefitted from her experience. Manisha supported several of out learners who have complex needs with OT interventions such as sensory support, fine motor skills support and adapted equipment. All the team and our learners were very grateful for the support Manisha gave and supported the learners on their college journey in achieving outcomes.

Manisha has been amazing from start to finish, she was very approachable, professional, knowledgeable, gave great advice to help with my son, she wrote reports that gave a true reflection of my son, she responded very quick to emails, from myself and other agencies involved, she also chased any issues or agencies that wasn’t responding as quick as we’d like them to, and the after service when the work had been complete(we needed a wet room) checking in on us that we was happy. If we need any help and advise in the future we will certainly get in touch with Manisha again, she’s been fantastic ⭐️

I recently had a zoom OT consult from My Therapy Services, Manisha was very professional and made me feel very comfortable discussing my son’s history, she was patient and actively listened repeating things back to me as she made notes, also prompting me for more information and examples that would assist in her assessment. When I called Manisha I really was in panic about mum and what to do as she kept falling & her memory was getting worse. All this was during 2020 Covid time so the ability to get help was limited. Manisha was so caring and reassuring, and really quick to come over and assess mum. She was extremely thorough and spent a lot of time with mum connecting with her & getting to understand her needs. She identified things we just wouldn’t have thought about and set us on the road to getting the right level of care on every level. Ultimately this has led to mum having a live in carer and she is much more settled and relaxed now. Her legs are better, she is taking her pills at the right times, eating regularly & getting enough sleep so her quality of life is significantly improved. We are so grateful to Manisha for getting us focussed on what to do. Without this I’m not sure we would have got through this year. We highly recommend her!
