EXCELLENT, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. For my first appointment I was straight away put at ease by his knowledgeable and professional manner, from the examination and questions Jamie gave me specific exercises to target my injury. I followed his advice and my follow up appointment meant I was able to say how his expert advice had given me significant improvement. With more exercises recommended for my ongoing improvement.

I have just completed a 6 month course of physiotherapy with Kevin following a RTC. Kevin carried out a full assessment and arranged a program for recovery which included emailing me a series of exercises to do at home. I had an appointment with Jamie as I was havving pain in my feet and knee due to Arthritis. He said I was very unstable and gave me exercises to do. I have in the past been dreadful at bothering with these, however I was determined to make sure I did them. The difference is huge! I am now doing them religously twice daily. I am definately walking better and very much more stable, I can get up from the floor with much more ease and I definately have less pain in my feet. I am so glad that Physio at the Skeletal Clinic was suggested.

After straining my hamstring, I saw Urh at David Lloyd Leicester Meridian. Urh had a clear, staged plan to help my injury heal and, most importantly, to make sure the injury doesn't re-occur. He gave me a graduated programme of exercises to do during treatment sessions and to do as maintenance, now I have been discharged. I really appreciated his calm, firm approach, his clear explanations, and the fact that he pushed me to achieve more than I thought I could. I highly recommend Urh. He's a very knowledgeable, skilful and effective physiotherapist. But, of course, you have to do the exercises he prescribes, if you want to see results!

Heather at Response was fantastic - she saw me for a sports massage appointment and my back and shoulders feel great. I couldn’t recommend her or the company enough.

New to physiotherapy, I was a little apprehensive about my appointment, but due to my discomfort, I braved it! Needn’t have worried at all as Jamie’s professional and friendly manner put me at ease. He diagnosed my problem, swiftly and guided me through a set of exercises to be continued at home. After 2 weeks, I was pain free, able to do everything without even a twinge!! I started my physio a few months ago to mend a hip/neck/leg injury, after a car accident. Kevin is my physio, and reassured me he would get me back fully functioning! I was sceptical at first as the pain was quite extreme but 8 sessions later and I feel I am almost at 100% recovery! Kevin is amazing, so professional, makes you feel comfortable and really knows what he is doing. Considering I am heavily pregnant and he can only offer me limited exercises, he’s done incredibly well & I would recommend him to anyone considering physio. Thank you Kevin! Tyrah

Mr Kevin Ly was absolutely fantastic. I had gone through lots of pain on my shoulders after road accident 5 months ago, I was in agony and couldn't even sleep at nights and had to take strong pain killers, when I started to take physiotherapy sessions with Kevin, he helped me throw it and he offered me deep massage which was really painful but it worked and after 5 month of pain I could have days without pain which was great, it was like I forgot how it is not to have pain. I'm really greatful and thanksful to Kevin for his help and support. I can sleep at night again thanks to Kevin. Great, talented young man. polite, positive and professional. Thank you very much

Previously, I’ve had excellent treatment from Gemma, but as she’s now based in Keyworth, and Response on Wilford Lane is convenient for me, I have a new physio : Jamie Hodson. He is also excellent. The exercises I was given to do have helped to ease the pain which has allowed me to be able to do my job and get back into sports. I can't thank Denise & Response Physio enough. Have had a great experience with Alex. I saw him over a period of around 6 months for a recurring upper back/ scapula pain issue that wouldn't go away. His combination of methods was really helpful and effective particularly looking at movement patterns and giving me practical exercises to including during my training.

The treatment has been good, but lack of availability of appointments means I will have to look for another practice. Main issue is part time physios with limited availability - unable to move appointments, or reschedule when the physio cancelled (twice).

Going into physiotherapy after a car crash for me was very daunting. I didn't know what to expect, who I would meet or what would be required of myself. Fortunately on my first appointment I was greeted at Response Therapy by the lovely and confident Elliott Trafford. He could tell I was uneasy about the prospects and he wasted no time in diving straight in by checking every area where I had raised any concern due to my car crash. He had a very professional approach to his work and I could see he knew exactly what he was talking about but most importantly for me, Elliott was very passionate about his job, which put me at ease. It can be quite awkward having someone you've just met checking your limbs and muscles, but he taught me different exercise methods for me to do at home aswell as in our sessions to cope with the pain I had. Each session I had (I had a round 9) I'd go in feeling less in pain and more confident about doing my physio sessions, I actually looked forward to them and what Elliott had to educate me on each time. Each session I learned new ways to cope and help myself at home which was great as I could incorporate these things into my day to day routines and I even started back up at the gym after a long break due to my injuries I sustained from the crash. I would absolutely recommend Response Therapy for any future assistance they are very understanding and helped me arrange sessions that fit around my lifestyle I.e I have children and I work. Elliott is a great physiotherapist who puts his clients needs and comforts first, and he pushes you to believe you can get back to your usual self over time. There was never a case of impossible, he always had a positive attitude amd now at the end of my sessions i feel fully equipped to deal with any left over niggles/aches pains i may come across in the future. Well done Elliott and Thankyou for your support and guidance, and Thankyou Response Therapy for having such well trained physiotherapists on your team.

Matt Taylor is the most intelligent physio I have had a session with to date, his price is slightly more than others as are all his abilities. Having half an hour with him is better than many hours with other physios. His diagnosis is second to none. Please don't waste your money with other people.

I saw Elliot at the College Street surgery in Nottingham after spraining my ankle. Elliot was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, gave practical advice and exercises to do in my own time. Prices are reasonable and having several locations is really convenient. Highly recommended.

I've had sciatic pain for a good couple of years but have recently attended sessions with Elliott, who has prescribed and built up exercises that have helped immensely, so much so that the pain has gone and has helped sort other physical issues that were related. He was very clear with instructions and ensured I was confident and understood the exercises.

I was referred to Response Physio by my GP for a difficult and specialised issue which I’ve had problems with for many years. They listened fully to the issues and have found innovative ways of treating them which are working really well. I have faith in them and would recommend to anyone, particularly if you have anything which might not be ‘the norm’.

I suffer from Chronic Migraines, having tried every treatment out there, I initially went for a CBT consultation and then was recommended to try Reflexology by Niamh Kelly. After just 1 treatment, my migraines have now reduced from 15 a month to just 2 in the last month. Amazing, this is life changing for me. I can get so much more done now, Niamh , thank you so much !
