Carmen fitted me in at extremely short notice. I had been it agony for years, medical professionals weren't getting to the route of the problem and I was taking huge amounts of medication just to be able to get up and take my kids to school. Carmen did her thing and made me feel absolutely wonderful, relaxed, less sore and more balanced. It was my birthday too so it was a special treat which she made even more special with a card and a gift! She also identified an issue I was aware with that I hadn't disclosed - how she knew without an xray I do not know - she is clearly magic! Finally she suggested a different issue causing the majority of my pain which the drs had failed to identify - since seeing Carmen I've been back to the hospital and had this problem confirmed and can now start the slow road to total recovery! I'll deffinately be back once I finish my treatment as I know Carmen will be able to work wonders on my other issues. Thankyou Carmen, you truly are amazing at what you do! X

Iv been Struggling with a Aching pain in my lower and middle back for over 7 years ago due to a Injury when driving a go-kart. I never thought anything could ever make this pain go away as I accepted my back had healed out of place. I had just two treatments with Mrs Carmen Powell and iv been completely free from any Spinal stress whatsoever. It has not only improved my overall posture but has also improved my mental health and well being. Iv had sports massages experienced cairo practitioners and more but I have never felt as Brand new as I have when being treated in Carmen's Powell's healing cabin. 5 Star rating from myself and I would recommend this treat for anybody of any age group what so ever. I visited the healing cabin a few weeks ago for Kinaesthetic Optimum Recovery Enhancement Treatment and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was so relaxing and I felt truly comfortable. I had a few muscle tests first and it was truly amazing what Carmen had found. Carmen explained everything she was doing and explained all the jargon. She had a great sense of humour; as I didn't think I would be laughing at this appointment but I was. The couch was warm and cozy; I did not want to move even at the end. I felt right in my comfort zone and was totally relaxed. Carmen was very professionaI and knew her stuff. My personal opinion is that this treatment was better than a full body massage as I was treated for specific things that truly helped release lots of tension from my body. I particularly liked the tui-na massage to the spine this felt heavenly. I will be visiting the healing cabin again for further treatment and I would 100% recommend Carmen for her knowledge and healing hands. Since my appointment my husband and two children have been to visit Carmen and said pretty much the same thing, they felt much better, looser and relaxed. I've been suffering from chronic back, neck and frozen shoulder pain for over 30 years. Been to loads of Chiropractors, Physio's, Back specialists, injections no help at all. I didn't realise until I came here it was all from a car accident all those years ago. Carmen found several subluxation and fixations in my spine and neck and was able to release all restrictions in the very first session. I googled and lucky to find about Healing Cabin and ever since I met Carmen and had treatment, my back gets better than it was as well as my quality of sleep. I can function at work without moaning about so much pain . The clinic says Holistic therapy because it honestly treat you as a whole , she will deal with the cause of the problem not just the symptoms which is amazing and that’s how things should be done and as a medical practitioner myself I can vouch for the effectiveness of the treatment. If you’ve tried so many things and feel hopeless, Carmen is the solution and a Blessing you’ve been waiting. I am so grateful to her every way! Short story: 😌 I’ve been suffering from chronic back pain due to my spine problem( Scoliosis) , tried many consultation with orthopedic surgeons and rehabilitation doctor , they said I’m not for surgery so had several treatments like physiotherapy, exercises , weekly massage and even thought of going to a chiropractor( but I was scared coz the approach looks aggressive to me) just to release tension on my back and neck muscles but all of those gave me short term relief.

She makes you feel so relaxed and has so much knowledge about her products and treatments. I had a lovely manicure and gel polish followed by a fantastic intensive facial that was so relaxing I was actually nodding off! When I got home my partner commented on how plump and youthful my skin looked... so worth very penny. Can’t wait re revisit Carmens gorgeous little cabin and try some of her other treatments.

I visited Carmen holistic, as I was completely stuck with a chronic neck pain, from an old injury. I was looking for a relaxing massage, but I found there a real healer. She knew and had ways to release such a specific and long term pain. I don't like to say she has magic hands, this is more knowledgebable hands. She is a great listener and will do everything she can to get you back to regular fonctionning order whatever your blocage is. I would recommand Carmen to everyone who needs help with a physical or moral injury. You would feel in between a doctor who finally has time for you and a very caring friend. I didn’t know what to expect when I first visited Carmen so went in a little apprehensive. Upon arrival that soon disappeared, she is so lovely and informative. Highly recommend Carmen! Not only is she very professional , understanding but extremely knowledgeable and knew so much of what I was experiencing regarding pain! After what I thought was an ear infection and 3 lots of antibiotics not shifting the pain and pressure I have suffered for months, I decided enough was enough and went to her for a Hopi ear candle treatment. I can’t describe the relief and pressure that has been lifted from her healing!
