L. S.When I arrived in Oxford from home my back was in really bad shape: my MRI showed three herniated discs, one of which extremely bad. Even while taking painkillers my mobility was severely limited. By my second session with Max I was already able to stop taking any painkillers. I felt enormous benefit and improvement in mobility and strength over the months I trained with Max. When covid-19 brought life almost to a stop and I returned back home, another MRI was ordered by the doctor: the new image showed amazing improvement compared to that taken before I started with Max. I truly am indebted to Max for this. Should my further studies bring me back to Oxford I’ll be going to him immediately. I recommend him unconditionally!
S. M.Max is a brilliant physio, very professional. Not only did he relieve pain in the short term, but more importantly, he taught me what I needed to know to take care of myself in the long run. He was also great with dealing with the sports-specific questions and concerns I had.
I. F.Max is a fantastic physio. I'm a fencer and came to him with a mysterious pain in my ankle. The previous physios I had seen were bewildered but Max identified the problem almost straight away and gave me a thorough plan for recovery. He was patient, supportive and highly knowledgeable. Thanks to him, I managed to partake in the bulk of the season. Can't recommend him enough.
H. K.After suffering a nasty knee injury 2 years ago I have really struggled to get back to full fitness due to constant pain whenever I did any sport. After a few sessions with Max he really helped me build muscle around the joint area which I have been struggling to do and now I can finally run with no aches or pains afterwards. He's superb at putting together an exercise plan with a range of mobility / strength exercises which I have been sticking too at home and the results are really encouraging.

L. H.For years I’ve suffered with lower back pain, and I had tried every ‘google cure’ possible. From correcting my upper back posture, to starting yoga, nothing seemed to work.
After giving Max a quick description of the problem, he diagnosed my ongoing issue instantly. He then proceeded to give me a workout plan to strengthen my hips to fix the issue (which I thought was never going to work at the time). However, after completing his programme, I can assure you that my back is longer in any form of pain, and I have never felt so mobile.
I stay in regular contact with Max for any little niggles or pains I feel, as his warm and welcoming personality really makes you feel comfortable, whilst he always seems to cure any problems that I have.
Couldn't recommend Max enough.
R. B.I cannot sing praises high enough about Maximise Capacity, his warm, welcoming aura was noticeable from the first few words of our conversation. Within seconds of hearing the symptoms of the pain underneath my armpit, Max was able to diagnose the issue at hand. Impressed was an understatement to say the least. I have travelled to many different countries, let alone cities, to find someone capable of fixing this on-going issue. None of the previous 8 specialists I had been to see where able to cure me of this wretched pain. Max cured me with ONE acupuncture session. If I could give 10/5 I would.
