Adam has made a significant improvement in my quality of life after just three visits. He listened carefully to my medical history and then decided that fascial manipulation would be a good way to try and resolve the problem that I had. I didn’t realise that this technique was barely used in the UK and I have to say that for me, it has made a huge positive difference. I cannot recommend Adam highly enough and advise anybody currently in pain and fed up waiting to be seen by NHS services, to give Adam a go. He might just fix you like he did me.

I train weightlifting and went to see Adam for knee pain which I’d been experiencing for a year, which was stopping me from being able to train. After a few appointments and an amazing rehabilitation plan, my knee pain has completely gone. I can't recommend Adam enough.
