I was referred here after being knocked down by a car and damaging my arm. I was treated by Catherine who was extremely professional throughout, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and expertise. She listened carefully and spent a good time understanding the issue. What I liked was that she explained what she was finding and how the body worked. This helped me to help myself, especially when doing the exercises she provided. She took time to measure my range of movements before treatment so that we could measure progress. Catherine, and Lottie (who did some really effective work on my shoulder) both made me feel relaxed and I felt a high level of confidence in their ability. This was very different from previous physio experiences I have had elsewhere. I feel real progress has been made.

After having had back pain for a number of years, I decided to visit the Fay Pedler Clinic. I was assessed thoroughly and an MRI scan was suggested which showed a problem with my spine. Alex was absolutely brilliant and worked out a plan to manage the pain with manipulation, massage and exercises. His care has been excellent and the pain has decreased substantially; I am often pain free with no need for painkillers. I cannot praise Alex highly enough, his care, knowledge and expertise are amazing and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Berenice

I’ve been seeing Sam since 9 July for a long term back pain and mobility issue. Although there have been ‘ups and downs’ with my symptoms, Sam has been very patient and understanding, whilst keeping positive and supportive. I think I have finally turned a corner and can’t thank Sam for everything she has done and continues to do for me. The atmosphere at the practice is very friendly and the support staff are always very welcoming and helpful.

Highly recommend this Clinic, used it ten years ago with a shoulder problem and first class treatment and service then. Everyone there is so friendly, professional and helpful from the receptionists when you walk in and onwards. Duncan was fantastic and helped promote recovery of my broken foot and treated plantar fasciitis in the other one. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly reccomend them.

Harry has been invaluable in helping me after a partial Achilles rupture. Thanks to his help I have been steadily improving the strength in my leg through exercises during my road to recovery. I would recommend Fay Pedler for any physio particularly if you have a serious injury as it's clear to me now how important it is to get the right guidance required to make a recovery. I'll be still getting help from the clinic in the future, but feel a lot happier with my progress. Without it the risk or re-rupture would have been much higher relying on dr Google. Thank you again. I can not praise Ricky McKee highly enough. I had an appalling case of plantar fasciitis which Ricky treated with massage and shock wave therapy. I was also given strengthening exercises and stretches to do. Now I can walk and stand pain free and I am back to normal life once again. Thank you Ricky.

Fay Pedler is just the place you need when suffering from an injury. In my case back strains. Receptionists friendly on phone and in person try to get you seen as quickly as possible. I been treated by Ricky who is great at talking it all through with you as he works on the problem. He is great and gives time and attention as needed as well as being friendly and sharing a story. I've not had treatment by any other staff but others I have met have all been super nice. Very professional service.

I had excellent treatment from physio Alex Jack who helped enormously with muscle therapy and got me back on my legs again. I injured my ankle during netball tryouts and Fay Pedler have been great. They saw me within a week of calling them and have been treating me for the last three months. My injury is a slow burn but Ricky, my physio, is great. I started treatment with Ricky after my lower back seized and I was unable to move without severe pain. Also I must add that Ricky fitted me in at short notice as he knew I was in a lot of pain to which I am most grateful. After one visit with Ricky my back felt so much better and I could move without pain. Now after a few sessions and advice on stretch exercises I feel so much more confident in my movements. Haven’t been recommended to Faye peddler clinic I was allocated Harry. Harry was detailed in his diagnosis, discussing about my situation and access to rehabilitation equipment. Once he had a clear picture of my situation he gave good clear explanation of what I needed to do with rehabilitation exercises. i have struggled for 13 weeks with pain behind my knee, he diagnosed acute hamstring injury. After following his program for seven days after my initial consultation I have seen remarkable change. Although not pain-free I am definitely improving. 👍🏼

When I first saw him I had virtually no movement, but as a result of his skill and superb care I am now back to moving normally. I have attended Fay Pedler Clinic a number of times over the years for various sporting injuries. I have always been impressed by their care and treatment which has enabled me to regain fitness in a sensible and timely manner. Would highly recommend! Staff is always friendly and the premises are clean and COVID-safe (masks, hand sanitisers and temperature checks). I went for physio sessions following a kneecap dislocation as I was unable to walk or stand properly. I saw great improvements after only a few sessions with Duncan. Duncan is friendly, patient and great at his job! He made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain and answer my questions. I hope not to have to be back, but I will be if the need arise...!

As an active amputee, it is vital that I get the appropriate diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible should I have a problem. Following a nasty fall in the summer, Katherine got me pain-free again with acupuncture and exercises to get me mobile again. I had a chronic achilles tendonopathy that seemed like it was going to be with me forever. It limited my activity level, I couldn't wear boots and it was swollen and painful. I'd had it for 18 months when I saw Duncan for the first time. He recommended shock wave therapy... It was absolutely brilliant.
