Andy has helped me recover from a long term knee injury which initially prevented me from climbing, walking, running and cycling. We had one face to face consultation and from the on I was treated remotely. His depth of knowledge inspired confidence and he kept me focused when I doubted that I was making any progress. He was always patient and engaging and gave clear answers to questions.
An excellent practitioner with great communication; highly recommended.

I need to be the starting point of this review if Andy! I have had an ongoing elbow problem for more than 20 years. It's come and gone periodically. The other thing about me which is relevant is that I am very good at following rehab protocols but have limited sticking power! Whilst my problem is not resolved I am totally happy with the help Andy has given in the past year. He clearly knows his physiology but combines that with an understanding of the pressures and expectations of clients. His holistic approach to rehab is worth a read especially in combination with a consultation or two. By any standards this would be excellent value.

From climbing together I already knew Andy to be meticulous, safe and knowledgeable. He is also a very nice and down to earth person. Having had a remote session with him reference very debilitating back pain I now know that he's transferred all these assets to his physiotherapy practice.
Although I only met online it felt thorough and his findings have been echoed by the physiotherapist I've subsequently seen in my country of residence and got me started on my road to recovery a week earlier than if I'd simply waited for my local service. And instead of dragging my feet to the local clinic I already had some of the spring restored to my step.
Highly recommended!

Andy has been helping me with a finger and a shoulder injury. Everything had been done remotely, with very responsive email follow up in between. I have seen a huge improvement in my finger, and have decided to tackle my long standing shoulder injury now.
Andy is very responsive and the rehab plans are very flexible, allowing for lots of nuances, and sometimes even me overdoing it a little bit.
That is also supported by Andy's wealth of knowledge and experience of sports, and being able to understand his client's/patient's needs as well as the psychology of rehab.
Long story short there's nothing short of top notch here.

Andy is very personable and knows his stuff. He is able to explain what's wrong and he gives clear advice to help injuries repair and follows up every time to check on progress. I've seen Andy once in person and several times online and every appointment has helped.

Super nice guy. Seemed to understand and explain the injuries to me and provide positive progressions to recovery. The interim email communication is great, to answer any questions along the way.

Andy has helped with various niggles from climbing. He's very knowledgeable as well as friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend!!

Andy is a really nice person. I was treated professionaly and Andy's suggestions help me in the short and in the long run. His methodology is perfect for non-native english speakers: he resumed all our meeting, and provided me with written details of the treatment. I will not hesitate to come again if needed.

I had an initial face to face consultation with Andy last Summer and since we have been working remotely but very effectively. I think I am a challenging client given the number of physical issues going on but Andy has given me exercises, encouragement, advice and has been positive about progress. He also listens to sometimes despairing messages and has a positive approach with a quick response.

Easy and quick to be seen by Andy and a very targeted treatment plan involving active healing using weights, hangs and stretches. Andy's advice included everything from new warm up routines to treatment of two specific injuries - the emphasis being on keeping climbing while healing. Have made progress already after 3 days.

I have never thought we could stretch the virtual set up this far. Despite Andy and I are not in the same country, his attentiveness during the e-sessions had allowed me to put across my troubles and worries efficiently, his is a very good and patient listener that has given me a lot of reassurance despite we are distance apart. His generosity to follow up in emails post session has allowed me to be on a good path to recovery. This experience has been so good I have booked for a follow up session.
Not that I wish ill for my climbing friends, but with the severe lack of expertise in Asia, i will recommend Andy to my friends if they are ever met with the unfortunate incident.

I recently purchased a finger splint after
damaging my A2 pulley climbing.
The splint is so much better than I expected, it limits my range of motion so I feel no pain going about my daily life, it's comfortable and allows me to climb (sensibly).
I wish I knew about these 20 years ago!

I was treated by Andy remotely for 2 different climbing related injuries. He was really friendly, great at communicating and I found the whole consultation and treatment process really easy and it really worked. Email support after our Zoom chat was amazing; he checked up on me regularly. I'm happily back climbing and my body feels great. I can't recommend Andy highly enough

Andy is fantastic and thoroughly recommended! He really helped me recover from a nasty bout of elbow tendinosis earlier this year. Being a very active climber himself was invaluable as he was able to diagnose the cause quickly, prescribe and stage the necessary rehab and he always responded very quickly if I emailed a question between consultations. I did as I was told and am pleased to say I have pretty well made a full recovery which seemed an impossible dream a few months ago! Thanks again Andy, you're a star.

Andy is an incredibly helpful Physiotherapist, he listens to you and really tries to understand exactly what is going on in your life that could impact your treatment. I injured my shoulder a few years ago and really struggle with the motivation to keep up with my rehab, Andy helps with this by keeping in touch and encouraging me to keep going! It seems to be working too. I've definitely improved since starting to see him and hope to get back up to full strength in future.

Worked with Andy through a number of injuries and his expert advise and service has been nothing but exceptional. He provides continual support even well after your appointment, which is incredibly reassuring. Especially when the recovery process is long and frustrating! His approach to recovery and integrating it with a hectic lifestyle is simple and logical.
I am now working through a training plan that fits in with my busy work/home life and feel really motivated!

Andy took time to fully explain his diagnosis of my finger pain and the logic behind the various exercises he recommended so that I properly understood what they were for. This was helpful to give me confidence in what I was doing. He has been available for regular follow-up advice via email at no extra cost. My injury now definitely seems to be improving, which is a big step forward after over a year of backwards progress before. Thanks Andy!

My previous experience of physios has been an assessment/ diagnosis, with a short plan and then never hearing from then again. Andy provides ongoing email correspondence with updated rehab plans as the injury progresses and is happy to clarify any queries. The service is a big step up from any other physio I’ve received. He’s been happy to squeeze me in for a quick video call at times . Ridiculous value for money. Highly recommended and I will definitely use him again (hopefully not for a while though!)

Excellent, experienced physio who fully understands the demands that climbing places on the body and implications of the injuries that can occur.
Andy made a detailed assessment and then gave me a series of tailored stretches and strengthening exercises to work on, making sure I had a good grasp of each one, what they were for and that I was performing them correctly. He has then continued keep in touch to gauge my progress and tweak the plan as necessary.
I would certainly use him again if I needed to.

I have been seeing Andrew online for 1.5 years. I was looking for a Physio with experience with climbing injuries. Andrew is really knowledgeable, totally trust his advise even over zoom. When he says he will give follow up feedback and support he really does.

I visited Andy for help with a shoulder injury following a couple weeks of significant discomfort. I figured that a physio with climbing experience would be well-placed to help since bouldering is my main hobby alongside freeweights.
Andy was very welcoming and following a discussion and a few diagnosis exercises, he was able to explain the issue in a very clear way. Thankfully the injury was not diagnosed as serious, just something that may take some time to heal.
I have been undertaking a prescribed physio routine a few times each week, Andy regularly checking in via email to see how things are progressing and tweaking the exercises as necessary. I am please to say that the injury has continued to improve over the weeks and whilst there is still some discomfort, the range of motion and breadth of exercises I have been able to do improves with each day.
Highly recommended.

Andy is very experienced and really knows what he is talking about, he was quick to diagnose my injuries/niggles and suggested effective rehab. He is very responsive via email and great at keeping up to date with you, highly recommend.

Can't recommend Andy highly enough. He quickly diagnosed my injuries and produced detailed and effective rehab plans for me. I saw improvements very rapidly and continue to get better. Brilliant!

I would highly recommend Andy. He is brilliant at helping you to understand the hows and whys of your body, works through things with you, and applies things directly to you and your lifestyle. Andy is realistic and down to earth, and communicates things really well. He goes above and beyond in his service, and ensures regular follow ups and progression which is so much more beneficial than 'one-off' advice.

Andy treated me via zoom, assessing my injuries and prescribing some exercises. The support that he gave via email over the next few months really helps me keep at it and progress what I was doing. I'm happy to report that both of the injuries I saw him for are completely (touch wood) sorted.

Went to see Andy after years of dealing with pain due to climbing related finger injury. He diagnosed very quickly the exact issues, and gave me effective exercises/physio to complete. I'm now climbing better than I have I'm years. If you are a climber and are in pain (which you will be), go to Process Physiotherapy.

Great Service. Andy helped me with a finger related injury, he was very professional and also friendly. It was a personalised service and very in-depth. There was also very good folow up.
Hopefully I don't get injured again but if I did I would defiantly use his services again.

A positive and supportive physio experience. Andy does the usual diagnosis, treatment and therapy recommendations, but supplements this well with email contact for follow-ups, tailoring advice as injuries change and progress, and a general supportive and encouraging attitude.
