Ameeth is genuine and very knowledgeable in his field, I only had to see him once for an ankle injury I was dealing with, which could have turned very serious for me without his help, he has a passion for helping people which really showed as he gave me all of the information I needed to fix my problem myself in the first session, then gave me two catch up calls in the following weeks and decided that there was no need to see me again. I expected to be paying hundreds of pounds a month for a few months to get my problem solved. Ameeth is definitely in his business to help and educate, truly an inspirational man.

I had this awful pain shooting down from my hip to my ankle each time I took a step, within hours it had got worse, the pain was unbearable and I was only able to walk for approx. 10 seconds. I came across Ameeth by chance and so glad this happened, on the first appointment he asked whether there was any particular reason to the session he carefully read the diagnosis/medical notes from my Doctor and carried out an assessment on my mobility and saw I could only lift my leg to about 20 degrees, he quickly identified all areas which were causing me trouble and setup a plan to focus on them. I see Ameeth regularly and had great improvement on my mobility, I can now lift my leg to at least 50 degrees, am able to move a lot more without the need of sitting down and most recently started running again. At the start of every session he will ask how my condition has been, whether I feel there is an improvement or worsen since I last seen him followed by another quick assessment, Ameeth will also leave me with some exercises to do in my own time as well as clearly demonstrating how to do them. I've had Physiotheraphy before and thought it was a waste of time however, Ameeth has changed my perception of this. I have already recommended him to other members in my family and intend to continue seeing him and would definitely recommend him to others.

I started using Ameeth in March due to a hectic work load and sitting at a pc all day! He’ll always ask about any specific issues prior to the session and is always positive and friendly. If you have any concerns or questions, you just need to ask and he’ll talk them through with you. As a result, his holistic treatment methods reflect this, and he is able to get to the root cause of the problem, even if it may not be what you want to hear, or are used to hearing. Highly recommended, and can vouch for the high level of professionalism, and results he can achieve with his patients. Thank you for all you have done for me Ameeth!
