Due to my job I am slumped over a desk from 9-6, this created prolonged back pain leaving me in pain to do my normal exercises or regular day to day activities. Phil’s dedication and effort has made such a difference to my back pain. The exercises we work on together and by my self inbetween session are really helping! Phil creates a very comfortable atmosphere and is a joy to be around, he even tries to make it funny during the more painful parts of the session and always brings a smile to my face. Highly recommend how big or small your issue is!

Phil recently treated me for neck and back pain related to an old injury and my work from home set up. Treatment was brilliant, Phil was very knowledgeable and I saw a huge improvement after just one session. The fact that he came to me and could work around my schedule was a bonus, also felt very covid safe.

The added bonus of him coming to your house makes it really easy to book appts. He works around a variety of timings and my work day too. When I was starting weightlifting I really struggled with getting to grips with the correct form for the Olympic lifts. With Phil’s help we managed to get a much improved form which is now enabling me to progress to more weight much easier and faster. From his help, I am now much more confident in my lifting! I have used Phil twice now for a problematic back/shoulder and have been very impressed on both occasions. He is clearly very knowledgable and knew exactly what to do to rectify my issues. After increasing my running for the return of football, I was getting bad shin splints. Phil helped me build the muscles to support my shins and get back to running pain free again. I dreaded being told not to do anything but Phil gave me plenty of exercises to help my return to running.
Flexible home visits were a real help too!

Phil treated me for Plantar Fasciitis. His treatment helped reduce the pain and get me mobile again, and he also provided a series of exercises so I could continue recovering whilst away at university. His mobile service was really convenient, and Phil himself I found to be really friendly and knowledgeable which put me at ease straight away. Overall 10/10, would highly recommend
