I went to see Bekki with a recurrent knee problem which had restricted my running for five months. After one session I was able to do some shorter distance runs, and within a couple of months I was back to marathon training. I did the marathon a couple of months after that with no problems. I recommend her 100%. She's a very knowledgeable and thorough practitioner who listens to her patients and adapts her treatments to their individual responses/ needs as required.

I went to see Bekki as I was experiencing pain in my upper leg whilst training for a half marathon. On my first visit, she conducted a thorough examination and explained the issue to me. From this initial session I was able to continue running throughout my treatment and with Bekki's advice and exercises, my leg is now significantly better. After working from home from the start of lockdown I suffered from trapped nerve - Bekki assessed my body mechanics, treated my pain - instant relief and with rehabilitation exercises has led me to feel the most pain free I have ever been.

Bex is an absolutely incredible Physio. I had problems with my hip, knee and feet and she managed to both identify the problem, and provide incredible massage and advice to help me with my recovery. Her sessions are a great price and having been to several in my time as a runner, she has far been the best one. Really really worth the travel!

Amazing, went to see Bekki after a hard summer of track racing. Body was broken and had a really bad overuse injury (my own stupid fault!) Thought I was going to be out for months, 4 weeks down the line after following the strength and mobility programme I am back ready start winter training! 😁 Should of gone to see Bekki sooner! Lesson learnt.

Excellent service, went beyond the call of duty. I visited SCP a few months ago after getting problems with my knee whilst cycling. I am still in the process of receiving treatment and excercises to strengthen my body. I have noticed a lot of improvements in such a short time frame. Very friendly and knowledgeable, would highly recommend.
