These were the best physiotherapy sessions in my life. I started to feel better after the first session. Quality and professionalism dominate which I was very pleased with. We booked an appointment for my pregnant wife as she was having a severe lower back pain. Razavan was very professional and was honest of what to expect as due to pregnancy there are certain limitations on the treatment. The treatment was very effective, my wife really felt releived and was happy that we came to Intense Physio. We really liked the service we received from Razavan. I cant thank him enough and really appreciate him. He stayed back for us and made sure that he could help relieve the pain as much as he could and it worked well. Will definitely recommend his services.

What a gem. Razvan Roman at Intense Physio, Watford. Easy location above Watford Junction station with plenty of parking available. Expert and professional. Highly recommend and is now our ‘go to’ as a family whenever we have any physio or massage needs and I will recommend him to all friends and family. I discovered Razvan/Intense Physio after being referred by a law firm after injuries sustained in a road traffic accident, so that was one positive/blessing in an otherwise horrible time.

After my accident which left me with painful neck pains I was refered to intense physio. I didn't know what to expect as I had never been through such a process so I was a bit nervous but intense physio made everything comfortable for me. Mr Razvan was very informative on what exercises I should perform and talked me through the benefits of each one. I felt like everything was specifically tailored towards me and the results were outstanding. After roughly 2 months of sessions my neck has healed and I no longer feel the pains I did before. Mr Razvan would continuously check up I was feeling okay and how the exercises were going and any time I felt the need I could get in reach and he would reply immediately. Big thanks to the intense physio team would recommend to everybody and also will recommend to family and friends.

Razvan has been immensely helpful with my tendonitis injury in the foot. As he could not see me straightaway, he send through a number of exercises which quickly dealt with the pain and swelling. At the appointment the situation was further reviewed and now the foot causes no problems. I am glad I found Razvan as he will be my local go-to physiotherapist.

Razvan has given me 2 hour and 1 half hour treatment after an accident left me with whiplash injuries to my neck shoulders and lower back after the first session I had a lot more freedom of movement in my neck and less pain in my shoulders, I now have 90% movements without pain and can progress to a full recovery, the best thing I have done is not wait for the insurance to sort out physio as would have waited months he is very reasonable priced and has made a massive impact on my ability to function normally I would definitely use Razvan again should I require physio.

Rozvan is professional and caring in his manner and clearly very passionate about what he does. He is very knowledgable and checked through each stage and exercise with me, helping me to understand what my body was doing and what it should be doing. The exercises given progressed with each session and sorted out my left shoulder which has been giving me trouble for some time now. He included tips about how to carry out my everyday activities in a way that would benefit my shoulder more. He also helped with aspects of my movement that weren't just to do with my shoulder but my right arm and knee which didn’t feel to good since I was involved in a RTC. With just a few sessions with Rozvan the pain and limited movement in places has improved massively. Thank you, I would highly recommend Rozvan to anyone.

Razvan Roman is an extremely skilled practitioner. Following my car accident in early 2020 I have found it hard to recover and after just 4 sessions with Razvan I can notice at least 30% improvement in pain severity and mobility. I am really grateful. You can tell he is invested in what he does, has professional conduct, a kind personable manner and is really aware of the body and how to apply therapy to be most effective in the shortest time. Our sessions have only been 30 mins each and each time I leave without a headache and feel increasingly better after each appointment for an extended period of time. I would recommend him to anyone struggling with injuries or physical pain.

I was directed to Razvan after a car accident that I had. When I first came to him I had a very stiff neck as well as back pain. From the first day I could feel an improvement (not major) but better than when I came in. He then instructed some exercises at home which helped me along the way of the physiotherapy and helped me to ease my neck mostly and eventually fully recovered me alongside the eight sessions carried with him where he would work on the parts where you would feel the discomfort on the day. Overall, I was very satisfied with the massages and the recovery speed and also, he is very friendly, professional and nice which I would highly recommend to see after an incident or with any discomfort that you may have and think you need physiotherapy. I found Itense Physio on google as I was looking for a quick appointment for a few areas of back pain I’d been struggling with for a week or so. Razvan was able to book me into a slot within 48 hours. I went in with a pain of about 7/10 and came out with the pain reduced to 1/10. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future.
