A. H.I saw Chris for the first time today and I'm extremely impressed. I'm not sure I realised quite how much pain I was in with my neck. I'm now sat at home in mild shock as to what it feels like to have full movement and a neck that doesn't hurt. I have a clear and easy set of exercises to start correcting an age old issue.
