I was recommended by a friend to visit Kasia as I was having problems with my hip and leg. I've never seen a physio before so I was super nervous but Kasia was so lovely and immediately put me at ease. She is so knowledgeable and even helped me with some postpartum exercises which I am s grateful for. After a few sessions I'm alot better but I will definitely be using her again if I need to. Highly recommended ☺️

Kasia is amazing physio. She really listens and it's very hands on. She educates her clients and gives exercises for home to help with pain and stiffness in between visits. She has done lots of training and uses different techniques. She is very experienced. I suffered from tons of pain in by back after having my baby plus I have scoliosis. Not anymore :) Kasia is the best! I really recommend her.

I cannot recommend Kasia enough! She is brilliant, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic professional, full of empathy, determined to solve the problem. She helped me to go through the hardest stage of my De Quervain's tenosynovitis, always listened and kept me going when I was giving up. Loved visiting Kasia today. I had a really stiff neck, she assessed me, asked all the appropriate questions to ensure the correct diagnosis, assessed me and gave the most amazing neck and shoulder massage. Neck 75% better and came away with plan of movements to do at home. Not pushy to return but I’m sure I will. As a podiatrist, I will definitely continue to refer to her for pain areas I don’t cover. Lovely person as well. What a star! The NHS has kept this miracle worker way too long - but she has great experience because of it, now we can enjoy without the referral time! 😊

My experience with physio zone has been great. I suffer with muscle tension on my neck and back for 3 years and after 6 therapy my body feels a lot better and normal again. I highly recommend physio zone to anyone who requires physio treatment and acupuncture. Kataryzna is a great and well experienced physio therapist good to talk to and very professional.

Strongly recommend with ongoing sciatica and back problems. After the first appointment I could get through the day without taking strong opioids. I couldn't get any help through NHS, due to ongoing 'pandemic', apart getting strong pain killers prescribed. Six appointments were suggested by my GP, and it was done at Physio Zone Klinic. I have had multiple hip replacements in my life and never received any significant physiotherapy from the NHS. Kasia has given me a programme of exercises and stretches that have given me strength and mobility that I thought was gone for ever. I was in agony when I contacted the Klinic, wow, what can I say, such a professional service, with all safety precautions, health questions taken. I had acupuncture and physio and after just one session I feel on top of the world, from not being able to move to moving freely for the first time in a long time. Highly recommended. I have been for my second follow up session today and booked for another and so has my husband. Don't delay, get those pains taken away.

Highly recommended!!! I had significant problems with my shoulder. Couldn't move it and pain was horrible. Kasia helped me to diagnose it and created treatment plan. " 5 out of 5 starts!! I had lower back problems for few years, tried chiropractors and massage therapist before but no success until I went to Physio Zone Klinic!
