Ashley has magic hands and after my first treatment I felt so good relaxed and pain free. Ashley made me feel at ease as a larger lady and although I was apprehensive about getting the treatment I found it was nothing to worry about at all. I would recommend Ashley to anyone especially women who have issues with their womb/monthly cycles.

I would encourage anyone who needs treatment to visit Ashley. He is extremely professional and thorough and had my shoulder back to full mobility very quickly. Ashley is friendly and welcoming and really cares about his patients. I look forward to seeing him again for further treatment on my hip problem.

Ashley has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of how the body works and is able to identify the route of a problem leading to pain using his amazing diagnostic skills. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others for treatment. He has radically reduced the amount of severe headaches I was experiencing which were related to the pain from my neck and shoulders. I am really happy with the respect and kindness he showed me during the treatment.

I bought a discounted voucher fir a sports massage. OMG, Ashley is amazing! I cannot rate him highly enough, I suffer from a medical condition which gives me lots of pain, Ashley spent time talking to me about my condition and understanding my needs etc. He has definitely gained a new regular patient. He had made my mobility and movement much better after one trip. I can’t wait to go back again and see how much more improvement can be made! I’ve even persuaded my wife to make an appointment to help her arthritis and sciatica which she suffers lots with .

I had a sport massage with Dr. Ashley Davids yesterday and honestly it was one of the best treatments I have experienced for a very long time. He established the cause of my pain first and after that step by step he was adjusting “faulty” areas in my shoulders and legs in order to make by back better. The treatment was occasionally painful in some places (and it should be), though I have felt the release of the back pain straight away.
Thank you so much and I am definitely returning for further treatment next month.

After having a knee operation I have had 4 years of pain. I went to see Ashley Davids and after only one visit I immediately felt the benefits. Having been unable to run for several years, I have been able to take up the sport again, all be it at a moderate pace. His expertise and knowledge is second to none and I will continue to visit him as I believe he will be able to help me get back to full fitness and running again without the pain that I have become accustomed to. I would highly recommend him.

I have ongoing back issues, especially the last few years, due to hypermobility and an accident cliff jumping when I was 21 (I'm 39yrs. old now.) I flew to England from the States to help my dad move back to the States, and my lower back pinched so much it was a challenge to lift a small stack of books! I went to a chiropractor a few times but figured a therapeutic massage would be good, and randomly found Sozosoma. Ashley is not just a massage therapist, he assessed my walk and how I stand, my feet, immediately knew which muscle was contracted and needed help. By the time I left I could bend over with no pain, and this morning, it still just as good. I don't think that's happened to me before - very exciting! He gave me exercises to do at home, too, to keep the strength and length of that muscle where it needs to be. SO grateful.

As a GP I value and realise an holistic approach towards most problems are paramount. Ashley not only addressed my musculoskeletal issues but had full medical understanding of the pathology and diagnosis. He has a good understanding of how issues are interlinked. He showed much professionalism and empathy. He has a excellent bedside manner and knows how to make you feel at ease. He further spent time to follow up on my progress and provided self help guides and advice for me to keep up at home and improve the outcome. Thank you very much Ashley!

I have seen one of the consultants since March, "on and off due to Covid-19" I had a lot of pain in my Hamstring and achellies for over a year... (I'm a runner). Since seeing Ashley I have managed a marathon and a handful of Half's, Although not pain free nothing has become worse, I do the stretches that was advised.
Ashley was understanding for my passion of running so made sure I understood everything that was going on. I can't rate him enough.
The day before my marathon he made time for me to have some stretches acupuncture and great tips.
Would highly recommend...

I have suffered with neck/shoulder pain for years meaning I often get headaches that totally knock me out. Ashley instinctively knows the exact place that the problem stems from even if I disagree to start with. He’s always right. I honestly would not trust anyone else with my pain issues now and since I have been seeing Ashley, my pain has markedly improved. He genuinely cares and goes the extra mile to make sure that his patients are happy when they leave. I really can’t rate him highly enough. This team have a great future.
