Anna is an excellent physiotherapist. She puts you at ease, explaining everything as she provides the treatment tailored for your needs, in a studio that is light and airy. I would certainly recommend Anna.

I went to see Anna after having some surgery. I wanted support to feel confident about restarting exercise and also wanted to improve my strength with a view to returning to work. The support I received from Anna was extremely helpful. Anna has a caring, professional and realistic approach. For example knowing that I had a busy family and working life Anna didn’t overwhelm me with exercise plans and ideas. Anna broke the work down into manageable chunks and explained everything thoroughly. Although I came to see Anna for a specific reason she also helped me deal with an underlying issue which to me highlights how Anna always takes an holistic approach. Anna clearly has huge amounts of knowledge and is able to share this in a relatable way. I would highly recommend Anna and have in fact already recommended her to another friend.

Anna's Pilates class is a highlight of the week: I always leave feeling more relaxed and "in tune" with myself than when I went in.
Anna herself is so welcoming, down to earth and supportive - you're always given options in the exercises which takes the pressure off but allows you to push yourself when you can. I've been to a couple of sessions elsewhere that felt like they expected too much from total beginners, but Anna always takes the time to explain everything and build up from the basics.

I consulted Anna for physio advice about a stubborn running injury. She successfully identified the problem and showed me what I needed to do to help my leg heal, and how to prevent a recurrence. She was professional yet also kind and reassuring. What we did in the sessions was carefully explained and supervised, and details of the exercises were emailed to me, so really I couldn't go wrong in keeping up my exercises at home. Thank you Anna!

As a result of attending Anna's Pilates classes I am successfully rehabilitating from serious physical and mental health problems.

Anna is incredible welcoming and personable, while demonstrating expertise and is always ready to give me a challenge when I need it.
