Thank you Emma! Emma is a true professional but an amazing person! Emma was the first professional in my post birth journey to actually listen to me and care about my health.. I actually felt heard and that the symptoms I was experiencing was not “normal”. I can’t actually put into words how much that meant to me and still does now. Emma during the sessions was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. The sessions gave me instant relief and she taught me how to look after my pelvic floor and how to heal that aspect of my post birth journey. It really does take time but you can heal! I now tell anyone I know to see a woman’s health physio, at any stage in life, as pelvic floor health is so important to your health and well-being. I would 100% recommend anyone to see Emma, she really is an expert in her field.

I first saw Emma for a Mummy MOT about 18 months after I’d had my 2nd baby. I’d previously had 2 c sections and quite severe diastasis recti and wanted to check everything was ok before trying for a 3rd. Emma was so helpful and supportive and gave me brilliant advice and exercises to help make me stronger, ready to fall pregnant again. I saw Emma again when I was pregnant, she altered my exercises and again gave me brilliant advice and tips as I progressed through my pregnancy and prepared me for birth. I can honestly say I’ve never felt so equipped with information going into my 3rd birth and the postpartum phase. It made me feel much more relaxed and calm knowing what I needed to do to help my body recover. Emma gave me advice I’d never been given by any other health professional before despite this before my 3rd baby! I booked a follow up appointment with Emma around 8 weeks postpartum. The sessions with Emma are so much more in depth and specialised than any NHS woman’s health/postpartum check up I’ve had. Her advice really is invaluable. Emma is really friendly and made me feel relaxed during our sessions. I can’t thank her enough for the support and advice she’s given me. It made a huge difference to my pregnancy/birth/postpartum recovery. I felt so empowered and positive after every session. Thank you Emma!!

Best money I ever spent! I went for a Mummy MOT and folllow-up soft tissue massage. It was absolutely invaluable, so little support is offered at the 6-8 week check with the GP. Emma offers a full physical check, and takes the time to get to know you properly to offer the best advice and care. I felt so at ease and supported and she gave me the guidance and confidence to rebuild my core and start exercising again. Thank you Emma for the follow-ups and your care.
