I'm from New York. Been in Aberdeen for a month so I felt a little homesick. This place is as close to home as I could get. But please for the love of all that is NYC, get bagels that have been boiled! What I had can only be described as bread in a bagel shape. Everything else was great! The OJ is great, the egg was perfect, the bacon was thick with good fat content. A little salty for me but that seems to be the norm in Scotland. The only issue I had was with the bagel itself. It's not a bagel unless it's boiled before it's baked

Spot on NY feels, but the food is more of a scottish take on bagels than the real deal. Got a pulled pork bagel, warm bagel, warm meat, and a slab of cold slaw inside. Tasty, but not what I was expecting. Will definitely come back, but I advise visiting without expectations.

Nice place to eat breakfast or a light lunch, I had a bagel and coffee and both tasted great. however if you are expecting the proper NYC bagel experience this ain't it. Bagel was not boiled, the everything bagel only has poppy and sesame seeds which in my experience is not a everything bagel. would also add that the fillings are a bit on the stingy side but tbh that expected as we ain't in merica.

Was excited to try Aberdeen bagels! The staff were great, the service was quick, and the coffee was perfect. I was also pleased with the range of vegan/vegetarian options. But honestly, the bagels themselves were not great. They were more bread than bagel, and were honestly not as good as even a supermarket bagel. I think if I was going again I might try something else from their menu, because the place seems nice - but I wouldn't go here for the bagels.

Had a great stack of three buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup which were delicious. Place is in a fantastic location and one could spend all day here watching the ebb and flow on Union Street. There's also a very funky soundtrack playing throughout. I was a bit concerned that the cutlery was plastic but management informed me it's compostible.

Bagel was pretty good but the service was really poor. Ordered coffee and a breakfast bagel and the bagel arrived, but the coffee never arrived until the bagel was finished. I had assumed that the coffee was the quick and easier part of the order to serve but it appears not. Overall the service was slow despite a number of people being behind the counter.

The bagel was not bad but seemed very tasteless. I found the theme quite nice. The prices are extortionate for what you’re getting and I’ve never seen a markup so high while you’re able to walk a few shops down to subways and pay the same price for a foot long sub. It’s also bizarre that they close at 1500 every single day.

Just ordered my breakfast from here. Everything is absolutely banging! The donuts… omg everyone should try it! Tried the Jenny bagel as well. Banging. They followed instructions given to the last bit! Love love love this place. Keep it up! I will most definitely order again.

Bagels messy, but tasty, with a very generous amount of filling. Had pulled pork a slaw. Cutlery is made of wood, so compostable. One thing I didn't like was coffee served in a take away paper cup, while I was having a sitting-in lunch.

Got a bagel to takeaway and the service was friendly with an interesting and wide selection on offer. I have to particularly applaud the various canned drinks selection that would normally only be on offer in the US. The bagel itself was good, but there was barely any cream cheese on it. Anyone that's lived or spent any amount of time in the US will know that even a $3 Bagel is caked in cream cheese. I will try again and maybe be vocal about this in person and see what their take on my feedback is. I would recommend giving this place a visit, but maybe don't expect anything too similar to what you'd expect to find across the pond.

Honestly nothing special, we expected some tasty bagels but would generously give a 4/10 bagels were lacking sauce and flavour. The coffee is also very poor tasting.

Love this place so much, was staying outside Aberdeen but had to visit specially for scrambled egg breakfast pot. They are amazing. Staff always cheerful, food great and good value. Nice atmosphere too.

Ordered from Uber eats and was the best packaging I've seen, carefully wrapped and no spills. Built our own bagels and were amazed by the choice of fillings you could have. Amazing value for money and the best pastrami I've ever had. Wasn't crazy expensive and definitely will come back!

Just got brunch from here. Two make your own bagels, hashbrown bites and mozzarella sticks. Bagels themselves are HUGE! And that's without the filling! Fillings are generous sizes and there is a good selection of them. Like the American choices of juice and the selection of American groceries in store. The space is open but comfortable. Food is fab!! Worth a visit!

Very tasty, fresh and rich in ingredients bagels to choose from over 20 ready-made sets with funny names such as "Jenny from the Bronx", "Central Perk" or "Tuna Soprano". Or you can create your own by selecting individual items. You can also choose the type of bagel from among 8, including: cheese, multi-grain, poppy seed, sesame, cinnamon and raisin or plain, and even a gluten-free. Nice and friendly service. I was pleasantly surprised.

Hier bekommt man ein gutes Frühstück oder einen Snack für zwischendurch bei modernem Ambiente, so wie ich es mir in etwa auch in NYC vorstellen könnte ohne je dort gewesen zu sein. Der Kaffee war gut aber auch nicht überdurchschnittlich. Die Bagels sind sehr lecker und es gibt viele verschiedene Variationen, auch vegetarisch und vegan. Preis-Leistung passt auf jeden Fall, auch wenn es etwas teurer ist. (Translated) Here you can get a good breakfast or a snack in between in a modern ambience, just like I could imagine in NYC without ever having been there. The coffee was good but not above average. The bagels are very tasty and there are many different variations, also vegetarian and vegan. It's definitely good value for money, even if it's a bit more expensive.
